The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a preparation for dietary treatment, which is intended to ensure maximum recycling of nitrogen. Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
In the end stage of uremia, only the dialysis treatment leads to a decrease in the urinary nitrogen content. By dietary therapy, in many cases, the dialysis treatment can be avoided or delayed in time. Since, despite balanced administration of essential amino acids, nitrogen-containing metabolic products are enriched, DE-2712777 proposes the use of a mixture of essential amino acids in which some hydroxy or eeto analogues are present instead of the corresponding amino acids. In theory, apart from threonine and lysine, all other essential amino acids could be used Amino acids are supplied to the organism in the form of hydroxy or Ketoanalogen, but play
Daher kann eine optimale Senkung der Harnstoffkonzentration im Blurt nicht durch diätetische Behandlung erzielt v/erden.in the selection of amino acid analogues also issues of synthetic accessibility and the economics of their production play a role. It has not yet been possible to prepare for the treatment of renal failure a Arainosäurengemisch in which all the amino acids, except lysine and threonine, are present in the form of hydroxy or Ketoanalogen. Therefore, optimal reduction of urea concentration in the blight can not be achieved by dietary treatment.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is to produce a preparation for the dietary treatment of renal insufficiency, in which the disadvantage described above is largely avoided.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a preparation which ensures maximum recycle of nitrogen in the human organism, which can be carried out with readily available and inexpensive raw materials. The object has been achieved in that nitrite is brought to action on an amino acid mixture prepared by protein hydrolysis, which contains essential and nonessential amino acids, in acidic, aqueous solution. The hydroxy analogs of the amino acids are formed, with the elimination of nitrogen. * The work-up carried out in the usual manner gives a product to which the amino acids lysine and threonine are added. * The starting material used is an amino acid mixture which has been obtained by acid hydrolysis In addition, tryptophan - either before or after treatment with nitrite - must be added. The product produced according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that it has a considerably reduced amino nitrogen content compared to the dietary agents used hitherto, and in addition to the carbon skeletons of the foodstuffs used.
In this way there is an increased supply of nitrogen receptors before and the desirable recycle "of nitrogen maximally" is improved. The new preparation can be used primarily for the treatment of renal insufficiency, but also for the treatment of other nitrogen accumulation diseases.

Dem Gemisch werden 1,71 g L-Threonin, 3,4 g L-Lysinmonohydrochlorid und 0,74 g L-Tryptophan zugegeben.1.) 50 g of an amino acid mixture obtained by acid hydrolysis of casein are dissolved in 200 ml of water and 60 g of 37% strength hydrochloric acid. The solution is cooled with ice and then added with stirring a solution of 40 g of sodium nitrate in 200 ml of water within one hour. Subsequently, the mixture is warmed to room temperature. The sodium chloride formed is removed in a known manner and the solution is evaporated in Takuum, wherein the formed Hydroxisäuren be obtained as a residue. To the mixture are added 1.71 g of L-threonine, 3.4 g of L-lysine monohydrochloride and 0.74 g of L-tryptophan.
Das erhaltene Gemisch der Hydroxisäuren wird mit 1,71 g L-Threonin und 3,4 g L-Lysinmonohydrochlorid versetzt.2.) 50 g of an amino acid mixture obtained by acid hydrolysis of casein are mixed with 0.74 g of L-tryptophan and then treated further as described in Example 1. The resulting mixture of hydroxy acids is treated with 1.71 g of L-threonine and 3.4 g of L-lysine monohydrochloride.
