Abstract
Cutting oil for machining metallic materials under extreme demands on the cooling and lubricating effect, such. B. in the Raeum- and Verzahnungsfraesbearbeitung. The aim of the invention is a cutting oil, which guarantees the necessary cooling and lubricating effect by its specific composition of substances in the Raeum- and Verzahnungsfraesbearbeitung and counteracts by their specific effectiveness in the particular mass of built-up edge and thus significantly increases the Oberflaechenqualitaet and tool life. It has been found that the combination of mineral oil raffinate, chloroparaffin, natural fatty acid esters, bound unsaturated straight chain fatty acids alkyl, or aryl, or alkyl aryl phosphate, available sulfur and alkanolamine or alkylene oximide reduces built-up edge formation during roughing and spline milling and thus tool wear , which improves the surface quality of the workpieces, positively influences the chip formation process, since under the conditions of boundary friction with the found combination of additives, a friction-reducing lubricating film is built up which maintains the lubricating effect even at higher temperatures.

Numerous patents also describe cutting oils containing various solid constituents. According to Soviet Patent No. 721,464, an increase in the life of the cutting tool and an improvement in the cut surface finish have been achieved by compositions containing oleic acid, polyethylene, water K 3 Fe / CN / 6 and CdS.
According to Polish Patent No. 105,596, a cutting oil has excellent lubrication, anticorrosive and gum inhibiting capabilities which include addition of MoS 2 or graphite, copper or aluminum powder, benztriasol or mercaptobenztriasol, and cereal and other stabilizing alloying ingredients. In a cutting oil, which is described in Japanese Patent No. 878,293, in addition to the usual EP-active substances also CaCO 3 and an organic molybdenum compound before.
The common disadvantage of the described cutting oils containing solid ingredients is the risk that these solid drugs sediment and thus their effectiveness is limited. In addition, these excreted additives can lead to clogging of the filter devices in the case of auxiliary agent care measures.
When applying these hitherto known technical solutions, the high demands on the lubricating and cooling effect, as they are made in the spatial processing or during gear milling on the cutting oil, can not be met. This is due to the on the one hand proportionately too low EP additive or on the other hand to the non-coordinated effective concentration of these EP additives and the different nature of the chemical bonding of the heteroatoms Cl, SP.
As a result of this inadequate lubrication and cooling effect thus occur surface fields by welding of the materials or by built-edge cutting, the wear of the tools is not reduced to a technically necessary extent and installed on the machine performance can not be fully utilized.
The aim of the invention is a cutting oil that allows a good surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the workpieces and a reduction of tool wear in the clearing and Verzahnungsfräsbearbeitung. The invention is based on the object to find a cutting oil based on a mineral oil of certain viscosity and composition of matter and a suitable combination of active ingredients that guarantees the necessary cooling and lubricating effect during the clearing and Verzahnungsfräsbearbeitung and by their specific effectiveness in particular counteracted the built-up edge and thus significantly increases the surface quality and tool life.

Durch die erzielte Verringerung des Werkzeugverschleißes um ca. 25-30% ergibt sich ein erhöhter Durchsatz und damit eine Verringerung der Werkzeug-und Bearbeitungskosten.the built-up edge cutting in the clearing and Verzahnungsfräsbearbeitung reduced and thus a significant improvement in the surface quality of the machined workpieces and a reduction in tool wear could be achieved. The achieved reduction of tool wear by approx. 25-30% results in an increased throughput and thus a reduction in tool and machining costs.
Surprisingly, it has been found that with the inventive composition of the cutting oil of the chip formation process is positively influenced because under the conditions of the boundary friction with the found combination of additives, a friction-reducing lubricating film is built up, which maintains the lubricating effect during processing even at higher temperatures.
This is expressed by an improvement in the coefficient of friction over a wide temperature range and allows full utilization of the installed in the machine performance, without that the known cutting oils in the processing occurring smoke and mist formation could be determined.
At the same time it has been found that with the cutting oil according to the invention a comparison with the known cutting oils improved wetting and rinsing effect is achieved with low foaming.
