Abstract
The invention relates to a self-dentifrice cleaning agent in tablet, powder or granular form with tartar-emitting properties, which also has an improved stability with respect to the active oxygen content. Such a cleaning agent is obtained by adding an N-disubstituted 1-aminoalkane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, in particular dimethylamino-methane-diphosphonic acid, to the largely conventional carbon dioxide-releasing detergent compositions.
Description
Reinigungsmittel für ZahnprothesenCleaning products for dentures
The invention relates to an automatic denture cleaning agent in tablet, powder or granular form.
Durch die Freisetzung des Sauerstoffes nimmt allerdings die Oxydations- und Reinigungswirkung der Lösungen schnell ab·There are already numerous compositions for denture cleanser known: Among them, the cleaner with effervescent effect of increased importance, since the onset of dissolution in water bubbling allows a relatively rapid distribution of the active ingredients. The effervescent effect is usually achieved by the release of oxygen or carbon dioxide. For the purpose of cleaning the dentures of adhering food residues and other impurities, the known denture cleanser compositions contain in the majority of suitable oxidizing agents or, much less frequently, enzymes such as amylases, dextranases, tryptases and / or lipases. For the oxidative degradation of impurities are many times. Oxydationmittel used, which simultaneously trigger the desired effervescent effect. These are usually peroxo compounds such as alkali metal perborates, alkali metal peroxophosphates, alkali monoprene sulfates, alkali metal percarbonates, peroxosulfates and urea / hydrogen peroxide adducts which release active oxygen. The peroxo compounds : are used individually or in a mixture, mixtures often have an increased oxidizing power. Due to the liberation of the oxygen, however, the oxidation and cleaning action of the solutions rapidly decreases.
für eine ausreichende Seinigung ist somit ein relativ hoher Gehalt an Aktivsauerstoffträgern erforderlich.for a sufficient consignment thus a relatively high content of active oxygen carriers is required.
Der Abnahme der Oxydations- und Reinigungswirkung kann auch so entgegengewirkt werden, daß Zusammensetzungen . gewählt werden, die beim Auflösen in Wasser statt Sauerstoff Kohlendioxid freisetzen. Die entstehenden Lösungen müssen dazu sauer, neutral oder höchstens schwach alkalisch sein. Das Kohlendioxid wird dabei durch Reaktion einer geeigneten Kombination von einer oder mehreren festen, anorganischen oder organischen Säuren bzw, saueren Salzen und geeigneten Kohlendioxidträgern erzeugt, wobei als Säuren häufig Amidosulfonsäuren, Weinsäure, Zitronensäure, Adipinsäure, Fumar- und Maleinsäure, als saure Salze z.B. Hydrogensulfate oder saure Phosphate und als Kohlendioxidträger meistens Alkalicarbonate und -hydrogencarbonate zum Einsatz gelangen;The decrease in the oxidation and cleaning effect can also be counteracted so that compositions. are chosen, which release carbon dioxide when dissolved in water instead of oxygen. The resulting solutions must be acidic, neutral or at most slightly alkaline. The carbon dioxide is thereby produced by reaction of a suitable combination of one or more solid, inorganic or organic acids or acid salts and suitable carbon dioxide carriers, frequently using as acids amidosulfonic acids, tartaric acid, citric acid, adipic acid, fumaric and maleic acid, as acidic salts, e.g. Hydrogen sulfates or acidic phosphates and as carbon dioxide carriers mostly alkali carbonates and bicarbonates are used;
Despite the variety of still to tablet disintegrants, extenders, surfactants, flavors, fragrances, antibacterial substances and dyes to be expanded feedstocks and the resulting Kombinatierismoglichkeiten, such prosthesis cleaners inadequate cleaning effect against tartar-like coverings is a crucial disadvantage. Alkali polyphosphates, thioureas, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid and the like. Compounds that are added to the cleaners to remedy this disadvantage, have not been proven.
Ziel der Erfindung ·Object of the invention
The aim of the invention is thus a cleaning product for dental prostheses, which, having overcome the decisive disadvantage of all other cleaners, has detectable tartar-dissolving properties.
Wesen der Erfindung Essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop a stable, possibly tablettable, but also usable as granules or as a powder, strongly bubbling prosthesis cleaner with pronounced calculus-dissolving properties.
Die Aufgabe Wird dadurch gelöst, daß den weitgehend üblichen, Kohlendioxid freisetzenden Reinigerzusammensetzungen 0,5 - 10 % einer N-disubstituierten 1-Aminoalkan-1,1-diphosphonsäure der allgemeinen Formel XThe object is achieved in that the largely conventional, carbon dioxide-releasing detergent compositions 0.5 to 10 % of an N-disubstituted 1-aminoalkane-1,1-diphosphonic acid of the general formula X.

Durch'die regelmäßige Anwendung der erfindungügemäßen Reinigungsmittel wird selbstverständlich auch die Neubildung von Zahnstein auf den Prothesen vermieden.where R and R are alkyl radicals having 1-10 C atoms, optionally substituted aryl radicals, aralkyl or sycloalkyl radicals which may be the same (R = R) or different (R 4 R), and R ^ = hydrogen or a G.-Go alkyl radical. It has surprisingly been found that such aminophosphonic acids are able to dissolve the particularly firmly bound calcium from the natural tartar in neutral and alkaline solution. In alkaline solution, the dissolution is supported by a simultaneous saponification of the organic tartar matrix. By dissolving out the calcium, the calculus structure is so loosened that even heavy deposits are easily removed. Durch'die regular application of erfindungügemäßen detergent, of course, the formation of tartar on the prostheses is avoided.
Die Zahnsteinauflösung durch die Aminoalkan-1,i-diphosphonsäuren der allgemeinen Formel I und durch die sie enthaltenden erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel wurde durch entsprechende Extraktionsversuche an natürlichem Zahnstein zweifelsfrei nach.-gewiesen^ wie aus den FT- P~NMR-Spektren der Extraktionslösungen eindeutig hervorgeht, enthalten sie das aus demThe calculus dissolution by the aminoalkane-1, i-diphosphonic acids of the general formula I and by the detergents containing them according to the invention was unequivocally nach.-pointed by appropriate extraction experiments on natural calculus ^ as clearly evident from the FT-P ~ nmr spectra of the extraction solutions, do they contain that from the
