Transparenter wärmereflektierender Kombinationsfilter für LichtquellenTransparent heat-reflecting combination filter for light sources
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung Field of application of the invention
The invention consists of a transparent heat-reflecting combination filter for light sources, which can be used in particular in Glararapen.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Transparent heat-reflecting filters are known as single layers from DE-AS 1509721, DE-AS 15S6909, DE-OS 1955434 and DE-OS 2648878, as interference filters and metal coating filters coated on both sides, as in DE-OS 2811037 and as combination filters, such as described in DE-AS 2,514,434th
For single-layer filters, highly doped semiconductors and thin metal layers can be considered as materials. Semiconductor layers have the disadvantage only at wavelengths greater than 1.2 in order to reflect effectively and in the case of thin metal layers the transparency is low at high infrared reflection.
Interference filters have high reflection only in a narrow wavelength range and are expensive to produce.

With metal mirror filters mirrored on both sides, high demands are placed on the accuracy of the layer thicknesses, which leads to a complex technology.
Bei einem Einsatz -in Lampen wäre außerdem die Verwendung von zwei Kolben notwendig.3ei the combination filters, according to DE-AS 2514495, single layer and interference filter are spatially separated from each other and thus creates a complicated multilayer filter. Due to this complicated structure, these filters are not sinsetztbar in a mass production. When used in lamps, it would also be necessary to use two pistons.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The invention has the goal to increase the light output of light sources with the least possible technical and economic effort.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop highly effective grain / binationsfil ter with a simple structure, which are suitable for use in light sources.
The reflection maximum of this interference filter is 0.76-1.2, um, preferably 1.0. The semiconductor layer is transparent to radiation for the wavelength range from 0.4 to 1.2 and reflects the radiation in the wavelength range greater than 1.2 μm.

Layer, the effect of the interference filter in the visible and near infrared range is not affected, while the reflection maximum of the interference filter and the reflection edge of the transparent heat reflecting single layer overlay and leads to one of the filters used individually to a much improved reflection in the infrared range.
In addition, the mutual covering of the transparent heat-reflecting, highly doped semiconductor layer with dielectric layers leads to the greatest possible conclusion with respect to oxygen, so that the effect of the semiconductor layer is guaranteed up to a temperature load of 300 ° C.
Furthermore, the farthest from the substrate, dielectric layer consists of a material that has a protective effect against aggressive gases or metals or their vapors in addition to its optical effect in the interference filter at the same time. For a transparent, heat-reflecting combination filter is proposed with protective function, which has a reduced number of layers and thus can be produced with reduced technological complexity.

The layer applied directly to the piston consists of a dielectric material of suitable rupture number and thickness. The following layer is a translucent, heat-reflective, highly doped semiconductor layer of tin-doped indium oxide having a plasma wavelength equal to or greater than 1.2 / μm.
The outer layer consists of a dielectric material of suitable refractive index and Schicht¬ 'with protection against aggressive atmosphere, such as magnesium fluoride as protection against fluorine.
