.Glasses have been decorated in very different ways so far. For example, by sanding, cutting or etching colored glasses, colored hegative patterns can be applied. Pur filigree jewelry elements etching is using laser beam in use (DD-PS 118 251). Colored positive decors can not be realized with this method. Screen printing has found widespread use for the production of colored decors. Disadvantages of the screen printed décors are once the toxicity of certain parabolic compositions (PbO-containing dyes) and, secondly, their low resistance to mechanical stress, especially in the case of automated cleaning of the glasses. ,

Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is the economical production of durable preferably filigree colored decors and / or markings of glass objects.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a method for decoration and / or marking of objects made of glass, with the permanent surface on the surface of these glass objects decorative elements, scales, patterns or markings with full utilization of the color bodies used to be attached »
Als Farbpartikel eignen sich dazu insbe-According to the invention, this object is achieved in that with the aid of a finely focused laser beam of an output power of 20-200 watts into the surface of the glass object to be decorated or marked a predetermined pattern is drawn, wherein the laser beam with a defined distance by means of a nozzle fine stream of a color powder or a colored glass frit of suitable grain size is tracked in such a way that the color bodies are melted on the laser effect. Impact surface and react with the existing there molten glass. As a result, the pattern drawn in the glass surface by the laser appears colored. By 'repeated laser drawing with differently-dyed tracking color particle beam can produce very resistant multi-colored decors. Suitable color particles are in particular

The invention will be explained in more detail by the following embodiments, wherein the invention is not limited to 'these examples.
Beispiel 1: ' · . ' *Example 1: ' · . '*
For this purpose, the glass tube was clamped at both ends in a rotating device and rotated about the longitudinal axis at a uniform speed. With the help of a COg laser with 200 watts output power grooves of 1.5 mm width were melted at a distance of 5 mm on the glass tube jacket. To the laser beam at a distance of 3 mm with the help of an air blower a beam of CoO powder of grain was
C 1 jLim tracked, wherein the diameter of the impinging on the glass surface powder jet exactly equal to the width of the laser-fused groove. The CoO powder and the blown air were previously preheated to about 450 ° C. The CoO joined in the groove with the glass fused by the laser beam to a dark blue ring.
A colorless stemmed glass would be irradiated by rotating uniformly on a turntable while simultaneously lifting the glass slowly with a laser as in Example 1. The laser was analogously to Example 1 by means of an air blower, a dark red glass frit with a particle size of 1 -, 3 microns and the same basic chemical composition as the stem.
Das Glas zeigte-ein leuchtend rotes sinuswellenförmiges Muster«glass even after the distance of 2 roms nach'geführt. The glass showed-a bright red sine-wave pattern «
Over a bar glass a metal mask was pushed with a Weinlaubmuater and the glass was slowly turned on a turntable with simultaneous lowering. The laser beam, which snapped the entire mask, was a beam with a solder glass colored by CrpCU at a distance of S. u. in tracked. The grain size of the solder glass frit was 1 auh. After cooling and removal of the metal stencil, the glass showed a uniformly colored sharply drawn vine leaf decor «
The decors produced according to the invention showed a relation to the screen significantly higher abrasion resistance, so that even after multiple machine cleaning of the glasses no defects in the decor were present.
