Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft thermoplastische Formmassen fuer flexible Schuhmaterialien, insbesondere fuer Schuhsohlenmaterialien und Vollplaststiefelschaeften mit kompakter oder zellenfoermiger Struktur, die vorzugsweise nach dem Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt werden. D. Schuhmaterialien sollen weitgehend unabhaengig vom eingestellten Haertegrad eine hohe Abriebsfestigkeit und eine gute Kaeltebiegebestaendigkeit aufweisen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, mit Acrylnitril-Butadien-Kautschuk und chloriertem Polyaethylen modifizierte PVC-weich-Mischungen zu entwickeln, die ein in seinen Eigenschaftswerten wesentlich verbessertes Schuhmaterial liefern. Erfindungsgemaess wird der aus PVC, Weichmachern, Acrylnitril-Butadien-Kautschuk und ggf. anderen Plasthilfsstoffen bestehenden PVC-weich-Mischung 1 bis 10 Gew.T., vorzugsweise 3 bis 8 Gew.T., eines chlorierten Polyaethylens hoher Dichte mit einem Chlorgehalt von etwa 38 bis 45 % und einer Glasuebergangstemperatur von unterhalb -10 Grad C, vorzugsweise von unterhalb -20 Grad C, im Mischungsverhaeltnis von 1:3 bis 1:6 zum Acrylnitril-Butadien-Kautschuk zugegeben werden.The invention relates to thermoplastic molding compositions for flexible shoe materials, in particular for shoe sole materials and Vollplaststiefelschaeften with a compact or cell-shaped structure, which are preferably produced by the injection molding process.
