Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Zusaetze fuer Bohrspuelungen, die bei geologischen Erkundungs- und Foerderungsbohrungen einsetzbar sind. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Schaffung niedrigviskoser, gut mit Wasser mischbarer Bohrspuelungszusaetze,die den Energieaufwand beim Bohren senken, den Bohrfortschritt beschleunigen,den Verschleiss derBohrwerkzeuge verringern, die Umwelt nicht belasten, sich leicht in die Bohrspuelung einarbeiten lassen und auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen gut handhabbar sind.Die erfindungsgemaessen Zusaetze fuer Bohrspuelungen bestehen aus einer Kombination von 10 bis 30 Masse-% eines Alkalisalzes von sulfatierten Carbonsaeureester und/oder 5bis25 Masse-% eines Alkalisalzes von sulfonierten n-Alkanen, 5bis30Masse-% eines Reaktionsproduktes aus einem Glykol mit Propylenoxid und Ethylenoxid,0,1bis10Masse-% eines Aethanolamins,0 bis 30 Masse-% eines Glykols und biszu79,9Masse-%Wasser-%Wasser von max.5Grad dH.Die erhaltenen Bohrspuelungszusaetze werden in einer Konzentration von0,1bis10Masse-%Bohrspuelungen fuer geolg.Bohrungen zugest.The invention relates to additives for Bohrspuelungen that can be used in geological exploration and Foerderungsbohrungen.
