Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
It is known that current contact nozzles are exposed to high electrical erosion and mechanical wear. The wear state has a significant influence on the stability of the welding process, in particular on the observance of the welding parameters. · With increasing wear, the point of transition migrates from the band of the contact nozzle into it, so that the free wire length changes. This is associated with a change of the contact resistance Effects have a negative effect on the quality of the welding · For this reason, a more or less frequent change of these contact nozzles is necessary · The service life of the individual contact nozzles depends on a variety of factors, z, B. surface condition of the wire, welding parameters, Internal stress of the wire, Tolerances us * w ,, so that this can not be estimated by recording the load · According to Hesse / Faber: "Contact nozzles for automatic welding torch * 1 , Research Report 1980, ZIS Halle is known that the service life of the individual power contact nozzles even at the same Load to the T It is likewise known that the state of wear does not change abruptly but gradually. It depends on the subjective feeling of the welder, when a change of the Stromkontaktdüse takes place «It is hardly possible to ensure the required welding quality with effective utilization of the Stromkontaktdüse · An automated welding operation requires the monitoring of the state of wear of Stromkontaktdüs s.
Nach Dörhöfer/Pomaska: »»Welche Anforderungen muß eine Metall-Furthermore, the detection of the electrical parameters during arc welding, including wire feed speed and distance between welding torch and workpiece is known. To Dörhöfer / Pomaska: »» What requirements must a metalworking
Fulfill active gas welding plant? 1 · (Welding and cutting year 30 (1978) Issue 12, p 491 ff) is also known to determine the temperature of current contact nozzles.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
By the invention, a monitoring of the state of wear of Stromkontaktdusen to allow for automated welding.
Das Wesen der ErfindungThe essence of the invention
The invention is therefore based on the object to develop a method for detection and electrical conversion of the state of wear of Stromkontaktdüsen for arc welding with consumable filler wire and provide measures to ensure optimal utilization of each Stromkontaktdüse while maintaining the parameter stability using a diagnostic sensor for Stromkontaktdüsen ,
Das Gesamtsignal, Temperaturwert und Korrekturgröße beschreibt eindeutig den Verschleißzustand ·Erfindungsgeinäß the object is achieved by the fact that the temperature of the contact nozzle or the Kontaktdüsenhaiterung is detected and electrically reacted. From this measured value, a correction is subtracted. The correction value includes the instantaneous load of the current contact size and can be determined from the welding parameters. The total signal, temperature value and correction quantity clearly describe the state of wear ·
The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment and the associated drawing, which shows the increase in the maximum operating temperature of the current contact nozzle during the entire service life. The scattering of the measured values is attributed to changes in the welding parameters.
The measurement of the contact nozzle temperature is effected by thermoelectric components such as thermal resistors and thermocouples. It is particularly simple to use a copper-tantan thermocouple, in which the differential thermoelectric voltage between the welding cable and a constant-current wire arranged at the contact nozzle is determined as a correction variable for the momentary load the welding current is used «For this purpose the shunt signal is appropriately reduced»
The total signal formation takes place by subtracting the correction variable from the thermoelectric voltage in a differential circuit with subsequent amplification. The evaluation of this signal can be done by means of a threshold switch.
