Verfahren zur Herstellung von verbesserten Bikomponentfaserstoffen auf AcrylnitrilpolymerbasisProcess for the preparation of improved acrylonitrile polymer based bicomponent fibers
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of bicomponent fiber bicomposites consisting essentially of acrylonitrile polymers or copolymers by a hate spinning process. The fibers spun from organic solvents may be conventionally side-by-side or matrix-fibril-type (also referred to as biconstituent fibers). The two components are differently composed acrylonitrile polymers or copolymers with a proportion of at least 50 mass%, preferably at least 35 mass% acrylonitrile units in the polymer molecule. One or both components can also be polymer blends which, in addition to a

It is known that the crimp of acrylic fibers DA O q by improving that one erspinnt Bikomponentfäden of two components with unterschiedlichexa shrinkability. The "self-crimping" deraritiger fibers is triggered by a final hydrothermal treatment.
Zur Verstärkung des durch hydrothermische Behandlung auslösbaren Kräuseleffektes werden die Bikomponentfäden verschiedentlich noch einerIn order to enhance the crimping effect which can be triggered by hydrothermal treatment, the bicomponent filaments still become one and the same
Nachreckung in getrockneten Zustand unterzogen. Subjected to stretching in the dried state. Prerequisites for good recoverability are good elastic properties of the fiber, as achieved, inter alia, by relaxation of the draw-oriented yarns under hydrothermal conditions. Thus, it is known from DE-OS 2 403 420 to relax stretched bicomponent threads in hot water or in steam, then to dry them and then to supply them to the hawaii cover.
The object of the invention is to provide acrylic wool fabrics having a reinforced wool-like character which are distinguished by improved crimping and increased crimp resistance. The crimping should be triggered by short-term subsequent hydrothermal treatment under relatively mild conditions in full extent v / ground.

The invention has for its object to find a treatment of the acrylic fiber, which is capable of improving their elastic properties in the sense that it is easily nachreckbar * and subsequent hydrothermal treatments in the range of 100 0 C when installed in the continuous production cycle of the bicomponent fiber forming a strong and stable ripple.
According to the invention, wet-spun bicomponent fiber fabrics of polymer mixtures containing acrylonitrile polyureas or copolymers and / or acrylonitrile polymers or co-polymers are coagulated in the aqueous coagulation bath and, after being drawn, passed through a shrink bath composed of water and an organic polymer solvent in the wetted state and which has a temperature of at least 45 C.
Das Gesamtreckverhältnis beträgt dabei in der llegcl etwa, 1:3 bis 1 : 10, vorzugsweise 1 : 5 bis 1 : 7.Spinning solvent used is organic polymer solvent such as dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide or dimethylsulfoxide. The Srspinnung of the fibers is carried out by known Ilaßspinnverfahren in which the polymer solution components are injected by suitable Bücomponent spinnerets in aqueous coagulation baths. The side-by-side or matrix-pincushion-type filaments are drawn in known manner in one or more stages on air and / or in aqueous baths. The total stretch ratio is in the llegcl about, 1: 3 to 1:10, preferably 1: 5 to 1: 7.
Hierbei werden die verctreckten,The treatment according to the invention may be carried out before or after the stretching of the prestretched sutures. Here are the verreckreckten,
Im allgemeinen sind Verweilzeiten von 1 bis 10 s ausreichend, abhängig von der angewandten Badtemperatur. threads still passed through a shrink bath consisting of water and the organic polymer solvent used for the wet spinning process. The concentration of the organic solvent in the bath is 10 to 90 pale- ^, preferably 55 to 75 pale ^. The bath is kept at a temperature of at least 45 ° C. It is preferably 70 to 100 C and can be raised to the boiling temperature of the bath liquid. The length of the bath or to be passed by the threads within the bath route is such that the residence time of the threads in the bath is a maximum of 20 s. In general, residence times of 1 to 10 s are sufficient, depending on the bath temperature used.
In addition to adjusting the bath concentration, the bath temperature and the residence time, the amount of shrinkage that occurs can be controlled by the ratio of the speeds of rotation of inlet and outlet units / t. Due to the lead of the inlet aggregate, which is varied in the range of about 10 to 150 / S compared to the take-off unit, the shrinkage achieved can be specified very precisely.
Following the shrinkage treatment, the threads are washed and dried and may be subjected to other known post-treatment operations. In particular, the threads may be subjected to stretching under known conditions before or after drying.
Due to the treatment according to the invention, rapid structural deformation of the already stretched gel filaments occurs, whereby they are excellently suitable for the stretching before or after drying. The correspondingly treated bicomponent fibers form with subsequent hydrothennischer initiation of the shrinkage from increased crimping with improved crimping stability and are ideal for the production of textiles with wollähnlichem handle.
