Abstract
Die angeformten Plastelemente dienen zum Verbinden poroeser Werkstoffe, als Zier- oder Funktionselemente. Es ist Ziel der Erfindung, die Arbeitsproduktivitaet zu steigern, Arbeitszeit einzusparen, die Qualitaet durch hochfeste oberflaechenfertige Verbindungen und fehlerfreie Oberflaechen zu verbessern sowie durch das Verfahren neue konstruktiv-gestalterische Loesungen zu ermoeglichen. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Verfahren zu entwickeln, welches das Anformen von Plastwerkstoff ohne wesentliche Bearbeitung oder vorherige spezielle Behandlung der Werkstuecke ermoeglicht. Erfindungsgemaesz wird diese Aufgabe dadurch geloest, dasz ein unpolarer teilkristalliner Plastwerkstoff, beispielsweise Polyolefin,im thermoplastischen Zustand an einen poroesen Werkstoff angeformt wird, indem eine Werkzeughaelfte aus Metall oder dergleichen und die andere Haelfte der poroese Werkstoffe selbst die formgebende Kontur bilden und die spritzgiesztechnischen Verfahrensparameter so gewaehlt sind, dasz die Schmelze des Plastwerkstoffes ausreichend tief in die poroese Werkstoffstruktur eindringt.The molded plastic elements are used to connect porous materials, as ornamental or functional elements.
