Herstellung von Granulatmaterialien aus pulverförmiger! bindigen Ausgangsstoffen oder unter Bindemittelzusatz durch Aufbaugranulierung im Vorzugsbereich von o,2 bis 3 ram ist aus der Wirbelschichtgranulation bekannt« Die Erzeugung von Wirbelschichtgranulaten führt über die Verschlickerung und anschließende Granulatbildung und Trocknung in der Wirbelschicht, Dieser -Pro.zeß ist energetisch sehr aufwendig und nur vertretbar, wenn der Schlicker im Verarbeitungspro· zeß anfällt*Production of granular materials from powdered! cohesive starting materials or binder addition by build-up granulation in the preferred range of o, 2 to 3 ram is known from fluidized bed granulation «The production of fluidized bed granules via the Schlickerung and subsequent granulation and drying in the fluidized bed, This -Pro.zeß is energetically very expensive and only acceptable if the slip is produced in the processing process *
The production of microgranules in the specified preferred range is generally not considered possible in stable continuous operation on Granulierteilern for easy. In the publication by Hoffmann, H .: On the question of expanded clay production of small particle sizes (The lightweight aggregate 6 (197 o), H. 3 + 4, pp 25 - 27) a procedure is described, as by appropriate design of the plate and the Tellerfahrweise Grains in the range of preferably 1 to 4 mm can be produced from clay flour.
The patents AS 1767784 (DS) and OS 24213S (DE), which are referred to in the assessment, describe granulation processes and devices in which granulation plants are operated using granulated or granular material. Partly also problems of the job sites for material and liquid or the arrangement of scrapers are described. Under no circumstances are these methods and devices suitable for micropelleting in the stated form in the range of 0.2 to 3 mm.
Also, the method for the production of granulated welding powder published by Dilthey and Lettner in "Welding and cutting", H. 11/1973 on page 437 has considerable Mach parts, since the intermediate product produced in the countercurrent mixer has too large a grain band, and thus a targeted pelleting in a relatively narrow grain band range is not possible.
Aber selbstIn the OS 2o1O ^ 46, the production of small grain size for welding powder is achieved by the addition of expansion agents, According to the procedure described in the AS-2o62634 i-n, the starting material for welding powder. be mixed with binder and liquid additive without significantly form granules or lumps. But even
geringe unkontrollierte Mengen Klumpungen, -wie sie sich . bei bindigen Stoffen beim Mischvorgang immer ergeben, stören einen Granuliervorgang, teei dem ein gezieltes Kornband, insbesondere bei kleinen Körnungen, erreicht v/erden soll.small uncontrolled amounts of clots, as they are. always result in cohesive substances in the mixing process, interfere with a granulation process, teei the targeted Kornband, especially in small grains, achieved v / earth.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is the production of micropellets in the range of preferably o, 2 to 3 mm from dusty or ground LTa al teria using their natural binding forces or by adding binders in stable continuous operation while avoiding the disadvantages mentioned above.

The object of the invention is to develop a project which makes it possible to produce granules of small grain size (microgranules) in a targeted manner in the range from 0.2 to 3 mm from powdery and ground raw materials, with uniform product quality in terms of strength and hardness Grain belt with reasonable technical effort.
According to the invention, the problem is solved by the pre-solidification and by the pre-granulation in a Passiermaschine by the separate addition of water in mixers and Granuli distributed and fixed by the local separate supply of water and granules on the granulator.
In the mixer, starting material, in the case of non-binding substances with the addition of binders, with water in the range of about f 2o to 95 i ° of the amount required for granulation mixed * The mixture is mixed in metered after the mixing process.
The amount continuously fed to a pass machine. With batchwise mixing an intermediate bunker is required, which takes over the intermediate storage and the continuous delivery of the mixed material in the special Pail a Bunkerdosiervorrichtung. In a Passiermaschine the mix is pressed by rotating friction by a sieve cloth, which should have about a free passage of 5 ° to 1oo yo of the desired liaximalkörndurchmessers of Pertiggranulats. The pregranulate formed in the passing machine is granulated on a granulating plate with the addition of the residual water to the desired grain band, preferably in the range of 0.2 to 3 mm. In the depositing machine, clumps resulting from the mixing process are simultaneously ground. The passing machine as Vorgranulator causes a constantly uniform grain of the plate supplied material.
To achieve the effect of kakropeiletierung, the plate is equipped with a scraper, the opposite direction of rotation an angle in the range of ^ o to 4-ο to. North-south axis forms. The residual water is fed into the falling pellet stream below the scraper by one or more fine spray nozzles. The pre-granulate gets on the granulate-free surface on the plate The plate inclination, speed and the edge of the plate must be determined experimentally for each material.
As variants of this G-round process, it has been found that microgranulation can also be achieved if all the water required for granulation is already added in the mixer.
An improvement in the effect of the granulation results when the mix is precompressed, for example, by the screw grate of the dosing bunker, is placed in the Passiermaschirre 'for pre-granulation »
