The field of technology relates to the manufacture of furniture.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Most of the current furniture is currently made of coated chipboard. The thickness of the boards around 15 mm is oversized in terms of mechanical stress, it is used for aesthetic reasons. The frame is connected in corners according to the type of material used by common joinery, pins, pins, screws, combinations of these. The frame has grooves with straight or inclined walls, in which the panels are fixed. Fixing can be done by gluing, gussets, screws etc. Filling panels have significantly smaller thickness compared to the frame, they are made of common board material such as plywood, fibreboard, surface treated fibreboard, DTP boards, plastic boards etc. Advantages of the presented solution over the existing condition are lower weight, lower cost, wide area of application. The disadvantage is the higher production effort.

In this way many kinds of products can be produced: cabinets, cabinets, baskets, shelves, racks, protective packaging, crates, drawers, etc.

The furniture can be divided into:

- a) light frame industrial furniture - furniture with low aesthetic demands intended eg for production premises, warehouses, cellars, garages, etc.

- (b) light frame decorative furniture - furniture with a surface treatment of infill panels (eg.

wallpapering, gluing with knitted veneer, etc.) and frame (carving ornaments, decorative shapes, pickling, etc.) intended as decorative.

Examples
