Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the manufacture of tires, the carcass is used as a bumper fabric, steel cord or high tensile cord, mostly in a flat condition. Currently, a bumper belt consisting of two steel cord inserts with a bearing angle of 15-25 ° relative to the circumferential surfaces of the jacket is used to produce radial pneumatic tires. This construction creates a rigid reinforced strip. When driving at the point of contact between the tire and the road, the circular shape of the bumper becomes a chord. Due to the circumferential rigidity of the bumper between the individual layers of the bumper, large shear deformations occur, which are manifested in energy losses, increased rolling resistance and reduced resistance to high speeds. Previous radial envelope designs have always sought to maintain the maximum circumferential rigidity of the bumper belt. In this case, however, a reduction in rolling resistance can only be achieved by reducing adhesion between the road and the tread of the tire. Reducing rolling resistance by reducing energy losses is the subject of the use of a corrugated bumper strip according to EP 0-191124 and EP 0-264539, where metal or plastic is used as the material but whose construction excludes the use of crossed steel or textile cords.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Uváděné nedostatky odstraňuje nárazníkový pás, zejména automobilového pláště, sestávající z nejméně tři vrstev pásů z pogumovaného kordu z aromatického polyamidu a/nebo pogumovaného ocelového kordu, kde první vrstva, nejbližší k radiální kostře pláště, je tvořena pásem, jehož vlákna nebo dráty, svírají s obvodovými površkami pláště úhel 18“, druhá vrstva je tvořena pásem, jehož vlákna nebo dráty svírají s obvodovými površkami pláště úhel 20”, 1 přičemž vlákna nebo dráty jedné vrstvy kordu křižují dráty nebo vlákna předchozí vrstvy a vrstva nárazníkového pásu nejbližší k běhounu pláště je vytvořena z pásu pogumovaného kordu z aromatického polyamidu, podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, vlákna posledního pásu svírají s obvodovými površkám pláště úhel O - 5°, přičemž tento pás má šířku minimálně 60 % šířky spodních vrstev, prodloužení při přetržení minimálně 8 % aThe aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by a bumper belt, in particular of an automobile casing, comprising at least three layers of strips of rubberized cord made of aromatic polyamide and / or rubberized steel cord, the first layer closest to the radial skeleton of the casing being formed by a belt. the circumferential surfaces of the jacket at an angle of 18 ", the second layer being formed by a strip whose fibers or wires form an angle of 20" with the peripheral surfaces of the jacket 1, wherein the fibers or wires of one cord cross the wires or fibers of the previous layer; of an aromatic polyamide rubberized cord according to the invention, wherein the fibers of the last strip form an angle of 0 - 5 ° with the circumferential surfaces of the jacket, the strip having a width of at least 60% of the width of the bottom layers; at least 8% and
-2předpětí před vulkanizací minimálně 1 %.-2 prestressing before vulcanization of at least 1%.
An advantage of the inventive bumper belt construction according to the invention is that it forms a circumferentially elastic belt which elastically adapts to the road surface at the point of contact and at the same time is sufficiently rigid outside the track. This reduces the energy losses due to shear stresses of the individual layers of the bumper belt, in particular in the tire arm. This results in reduced rolling resistance, increased resistance at high speeds, as well as reducing the weight of the tire while maintaining lateral stiffness.
