Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to a stent used in particular to reinforce narrowed vessels or other hollow organs.
Various stent designs are known, alternately wound into individual sections, which are connected to each other, or the stents are formed by winding the wire into a spiral, or are formed from a plurality of coiled wires and crossing each other. However, the disadvantage of these solutions is that they are broken at the bends in the vessel.
Podstata technického řešeníThe aim of the technical solution is therefore to create a stent which does not change its diameter at the point of bending when introduced into a vessel. The essence of the technical solution
The object is achieved by a technical solution which consists in that the stent shell is formed by at least one piece consisting of a single piece of wire bent into the shape of teeth, the sides of which cross each other. When the stent is pushed into the curved portions of the vessel, the flanks of the stent slide together to avoid stent breakage. In most cases, the stent is formed from multiple parts, and various embodiments may be used to connect the tops of the teeth of one section to the lowest points of the teeth of the downstream section. One of these embodiments is the coupling of a binding means node, such as a nylon thread. However, other non-vascular disrupting materials may be used. Using other embodiments, the tips of the teeth with the lowest points of the other sections are joined by silver solder or spot welds. In another possible embodiment, a closed-loop connection is used, which allows easier bending at the joints. The stent is provided with a polyester knitted fabric, which is usually attached to it by individual surgical knots for bridging the thermal aneurysm.
Advantages of the technical solution are to hold the vessel walls stent more firmly, especially at the site of the vessel bending, in making the stent easier by not providing the eyelets for bonding the individual parts and increasing the stent resistance in the vessel while increasing the expansive force.

2.An axonometric view of the stent according to the invention is shown in Fig. 1 and an expanded sheath of one stent section is shown in Fig. 2.
Příklad provedení technického řešeníAn example of a technical solution
Jednotlivé dílyThe stent is made of wire 1, the material of which is stainless steel and composed of several parts 1.1. 1.2. 1.3. 1.4, connected by nylon thread nodes, but can also be used for joining spot welds, silver solder or mesh from stainless steel strips. Povrch stentu je opatřen polyesterovým úpletem, který je k němu přichycen jednotlivými chirurgickými uzly a slouží pro přemostění tepelné výdutě.1.1. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, the casing is formed by winding a wire 1 that extends from a straight section 4 from which alternating bends are made, facing from each end of the straight section 4 against each other. By making the bends, teeth with peaks oly are formed, the flanks of these teeth alternating overlap. The wire 1 extending from one end of the straight section 4 is at the crossing point 2 at the first bend at the bottom, and at the next bend it is at the crossing point 2 at the crossing point; still further, the ends 5, 6, of the wire 1 being bent again into straight sections and connected. When bending, the two straight sections 4 of the shell are then joined. The joining of the wire ends 5, 6 and the joining of the straight sections 4 is generally carried out by soldering or spot welding. The surface of the stent is provided with a polyester knit, which is attached to it by individual surgical knots and serves to bridge the thermal aneurysm.
The stent is inserted into the blood vessel by means of an insertion catheter into which it is inserted and, after insertion into the constriction site, where it is to form a stiffener, it is ejected from the catheter when it is expanded. As the stent diameter changes, as well as the stent through the catheter at the bend of the arteries, the stent wires 1 in the intersection locations 2 slide together to avoid permanent deformation of the stent or breakage thereof.
