Field of technology

The technical solution falls into the area of the consumer industry, specifically footwear, and concerns a new version of the shoe equipped with a fixing magnet, ensuring the possibility of its better storage or storage with the use of a smaller built-in space, especially for the user of the shoes.

Current state of the art

There are no known shoes on the market equipped with an additional fixation magnet. There are shoes with a magnet placed in specific places, especially in the sole or insole, where they are supposed to stimulate the blood systems and/or the nervous system. So they have a medicinal form. Examples of these embodiments include, for example, the solutions described in the files CZ 290460 B6, CZ PV 2017-694 A3, US 2023029743 A1, US 2023065047 A1, US 2023189922 A1, WO 2023118816 A1, CN 218551512 U. It is also known to build magnets into special shoes used in specific industries, mainly by inserting magnets into the sole.

Users normally put their shoes away after use with the soles loose on mats, on the floor or on shelves. If the shoes are just put away before cleaning and drying, then the places of storage will become dirty, while drying takes longer when placed on the sole.

The task of the presented solution is to present a new design of shoes equipped with an additional fixing magnet, which will ensure a reduction in the contamination of the storage place after using the shoe until the shoe is cleaned, enable faster drying of the shoe due to the continuous flow of air around the entire shoe, and reduce the demands on the size of the storage space of used shoes .

The essence of the technical solution

The set goal is achieved by a technical solution, which is a shoe, namely social, walking, sports or tourist, consisting of standard structural parts and sometimes equipped with various functional or design additional elements, while the essence of the solution is that the shoe is equipped with at least one fixation magnet with the advantage of a circular shape, which, depending on the place of attachment, is made up of a straight flat strip or a rounded flat strip or a magnetic foil showing sufficient magnetic strength and which is placed individually or in sets at various selected places on the shoe shell, while the carrying capacity and strength of the fixing magnet is chosen so that its functionality is ensured for suspension at loads in the range of 130% to 150% of the shoe's weight.

In an advantageous embodiment, the fixation magnets are hidden when incorporated into the layer of the shoe shell or are hidden under a patch or sticker of optional shapes, alternatively they are placed on the shoe shell visibly without covering or they are placed on the patch.

The new solution achieves a higher effect in that by building in or fixing a magnet to selected places on the surface of the shoe, it is possible to hang it or store it on selected and suitable places on shelves, shoe racks, walls, shelves, holders or stands or stairs, even above one another or next to each other, using the minimum installation space compared to the solutions used so far. When hanging, several shoes can be stored neatly next to each other in the same space, especially on a vertical wall. A non-negligible advantage of the new solution is the possibility of faster drying of the shoe due to the constant flow of air around its surface. An essential feature of modified footwear is the possibility of improving its overall design and thus increasing its aesthetics and fashion, which for some buyers plays a significant role in choosing new models. In the field of sales, shoe fixation can be used for presentation, where the shoe is favorably inclined towards the customer and visible from almost all sides, while the shoe can be rotated on the magnet.

The drawings that illustrate the presented technical solution and subsequently described examples of specific implementations in no way limit the scope of protection stated in the definition, but only clarify the essence of the technical solution.

Examples of implementing a technical solution

Shoe 1, be it social, walking, sports or tourist, basically consists of standard parts, such as sole or sole 11, insole, shaped shell 12 to cover the toes, instep and heel, tongue 13, etc., or in the case of sandals, a set of variously arranged straps, which are provided with various functional or design additional elements as needed, such as buckles, laces 14, buckles, hooks, zippers, suspension loop 15, etc., as shown in the attached images. In the new proposed embodiment, the shoe 1 is equipped with at least one fixing magnet 2, preferably of a circular shape, which is shown in all examples of the embodiment. Depending on the place of attachment, these fixation magnets 2 can be made of straight flat strips or rounded flat strips, or a magnetic foil showing sufficient magnetic strength, ideally neodymium, and can be placed individually or in sets at various selected locations of the shell 12, as shown in Fig. 5.

The fixing magnets 2 can have essentially any flat shape designed so as not to protrude unnecessarily and not disturb the design of the shoe 1. They can be hidden when incorporated into the shell layer 12, as shown in Fig. 2a) and Fig. 2b) or they can be hidden under patch 16 or a sticker, which is shown in Fig. 1a) and Fig. 1b), while the shape of the patch 16 is optional and some exemplary

Fixing magnets 2 can be visible without a cover and also placed on the patch 16, when an example of placement on the heel part of the shoe 1 is shown in Fig. 1c), Fig. 4a) and Fig. 4b). The design and choice of the type of magnet must meet the required functionality when storing the shoe 1, when in the optimal case, the carrying capacity and strength of the magnet should be chosen in such a way as to ensure its functionality for suspension at a load in the range of 130% to 150% of the weight of the shoe 1.

Putting away the shoes 1 equipped with a fixing magnet 2 can be done in the space under the shelf 3, the lower surface of which is provided with a magnetic surface, possibly a metal foil, sheet or belt, as shown in Fig. 6, or on a flat profile 4 according to Fig. 7. it is possible to hang the shoes 1 on the vertical wall 5, which is also provided with magnetic material, which can be realized when presenting products on shelves in shops, as can be seen from Fig. 8.

Industrial applicability

The new version of the shoe equipped with one or more fixation magnets is intended for use in saving installation space both in households and in various accommodation or social facilities, where it is necessary to ensure the storage of a large amount of footwear with the provision of drying or cleaning.

Claims (3)

A social, walking, sports or tourist shoe, consisting of standard structural parts and sometimes equipped with various functional or design additional elements, 5 characterized by the fact that it is equipped with at least one fixation magnet (2), preferably circular in shape, which, depending on the place of attachment, is made up of a straight flat strip or a rounded flat strip or a magnetic foil, exhibiting sufficient magnetic strength, and which is placed individually or in sets at various selected locations of the casing (12) of the shoe (1), while the bearing capacity and strength of the fixing magnet ( 2) is chosen in such a way that its functionality is ensured for suspension at a load of 10 in the range of 130% to 150% of the weight of the shoe (1). 2. A shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixation magnets (2) are hidden when incorporated into the shell layer (12) of the shoe (1) or are hidden under a patch (16) or a sticker of optional shapes. 3. A shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixation magnets (2) are placed on the shell (12) of the shoe (1) visibly without a cover, and possibly placed on the patch (16).
