Description
Ekologické hnojivoOrganic fertilizer
Oblast technikyField of technology
The technical solution concerns an ecological fertilizer, using mainly coffee products, suitable especially for hobby use, ie for households, gardens, pots and the like.
Dosavadní stav technikyState of the art
Ani jedno z popisovaných řešení není vhodné pro domácí nebo hobby použitíIt is a well-known fact that coffee grounds or hulls as well as the whole winter are used as organic fertilizer. Usually, coffee grounds or other parts of the coffee are added to the compost, as they speed up the decay and increase the nutritional value of the compost. They also increase the breathability of compost or soil and thus improve living conditions for the plant. However, it is always a matter of adding coffee products as an additional part, not as a basic raw material. Furthermore, the coffee products are added to the other raw materials in a state where they are mixed without any further treatment. An example of a solution for the use of coffee as a fertilizer is document KR 20200095958 A, where the coffee product is given in layers of other raw materials for better porosity of the mixture. Another known solution is the use, as mentioned above, of adding coffee products to compost, which is discussed in CN 110002906 A. Here, too, no further treatment of metal products takes place, which often results in moldy coffee products and rapid absorption, without gradual transfer. nutrients to plants. None of the described solutions is suitable for home or hobby use
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The task is to solve the use of coffee products as fertilizers for hobby use, especially in households and gardens of family houses. This is achieved as follows. A mixture containing from 1 to 99% by weight of coffee grounds and up to 100% by weight, supplemented by coffee husks after roasting, with a coffee cherry, is mixed. This mixture is then dried in a dryer to obtain the dryest mixture. Such a mixture is then granulated by pressing under high pressure, preferably pellets are produced. Thanks to drying and pressing under high pressure, the pellet decomposes slowly and gradually, thus providing the plants with a permanent and efficient supply of nutrients. The pellet is well dried and compressed, so it absorbs moisture gradually and thus does not mold so quickly.
Využití takového typu hnojivá má veliké ekologické dopady na přírodní prostředí, neboť za normálních okolností se sedlina vyhazuje, čističky nejsou vybaveny na její separaci, čímž dochází ke kontaminaci vod kávovou sedlinou. Na druhou stranu tento typ hnojivá příznivě ovlivňuje opylování rostlin, neboť vůně kávy láká hmyz a naopak odpuzuje škůdceThe use of this type of fertilizer has great ecological impacts on the natural environment, because under normal circumstances the sediment is discarded, the treatment plants are not equipped for its separation, which leads to contamination of water with coffee sediment. On the other hand, this type of fertilizer has a positive effect on plant pollination, as the smell of coffee attracts insects and, on the contrary, repels pests.
Příklad uskutečnění technického řešeníExample of technical solution
Směs obsahující 85 % hmota, kávové sedliny, 10 % hmota, kávové slupky po pražení a 5 % hmota, kávovou třešeň je rozemleta na drobno, vysušena pomocí sušičky a poté granulována pod vysokým tlakem do tvaru peletek. Tyto jsou baleny v různých hmotnostech do recyklovatelných balení.A mixture containing 85% by weight, coffee grounds, 10% by weight, coffee husks after roasting and 5% by weight, the coffee cherry is ground finely, dried with a dryer and then granulated under high pressure into pellets. These are packed in various weights in recyclable packaging.
