1. Kosmetický přípravek pro péči o pokožku hlavy a pěstění vlasů, vyznačený tím, že obsahuje alespoň 0,
2 % hmotn. do 0,6 % hmotn., vztaženo na celkovou hmotnost přípravku, triterpenoidu, kterým je sperminový amid kyseliny betulinové; přičemž triterpenoid je v kosmetickém přípravku obsažen ve formě gelu.
10 2. Kosmetický přípravek podle nároku 1, vyznačený tím, že gel z triterpenoidu obsahuje jako rozpouštědlo vodu.
3. Kosmetický přípravek podle kteréhokoliv z předchozích nároků, vyznačený tím, že je ve formě tuhého šamponu na vlasy.
