Výše uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje rotor univerzálního radiálního ventilátoru vysavače komunálních odpadů podle tohoto technického řešení, jehož' podstata spočívá v tom, že je tvořen tělesem rotoru se zářezy, k tělesu rotoru je připevněn v otvorech šrouby sací kužel s volně uloženými sekacími noži. Ve vybráních sacího kužele jsou na dělené podložce volně uloženy sekací nože, přičemž podložka je připevněna k sacímu kuželi a současně k tělesu rotoru šrouby. Rotor univerzálního radiálního ventilátoru podle tohoto technického řešení umožňuje dopravovat objemný materiál znečistěný pevnými částmi, tj. kameny, sklem apod. do velikosti sacího průřezu vstupu do ventilátoru bez poškození stroje.
