Abstract
The invention is a method for specifically detecting Faecalibacterium prausnitzii in the digestive tract or poultry droppings by isolating DNA from the sample and subsequently subjecting the isolated DNA to an amplification reaction by real-time PCR with primersFaecF2: CGAGGGCCTGGACTTCATCAAG,FaecR2: GCCGGTGATCCACTCGTTGGAC.
