Abstract
Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The invention relates to assembly and / or insulating polyurethane foam and to a method for producing it, to allow its accurate identification after its final curing. This foam is suitable for installation and insulation of window frames and door frames, or for further filling of spaces with insulating material.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Vzhledem k široké možnosti použití a velkému množství výrobců a obchodních značek jev mnoha případech dokonce nemožné identifikovat jednotlivé produkty podle výrobce. V případě reklamací v záručních lhůtách garantovaných investorem, či dodavatelem stavebních prací neexistuje jednoduchá metoda identifikace konkrétní polyuretanové pěny a případně použité šarže, či surovin. At present, it is practically impossible to distinguish the various types of polyurethane foam after final curing. Due to the wide range of applications and the large number of manufacturers and brand names, in many cases it is even impossible to identify individual products by manufacturer. In the case of complaints within the warranty periods guaranteed by the investor or the supplier of construction work, there is no simple method of identifying a particular polyurethane foam and possibly the batch or raw materials used.
The current practice is that the unique identifier is only the indication of the date of production and consumption, or other identifiers such as the batch number, production time, etc., indicated on the can itself with polyurethane foam. This system is functional only as long as the used container is archived for possible complaint resolution. In practice, however, the polyurethane foam container used is treated as waste and is thus disposed of and it is not possible to identify the foam over time.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Jeho podstatou je to, že v 0,5 až 1 litru pěny před její expanzí je obsaženo 300 až 500 kusů identifikátorů o velikosti 0,3 až 1 mm a tloušťce od 0,01 do 0,03 mm.The above drawbacks are largely overcome by the assembly and / or insulating polyurethane foam of the present invention. Its essence is that from 0.5 to 1 liter of foam before expansion there are 300 to 500 pieces of identifiers having a size of 0.3 to 1 mm and a thickness of 0.01 to 0.03 mm.
Identifikátory jsou s výhodou tvořeny mikroskopickými tečkami opatřenými jedinečným kódem. The identifiers are preferably formed by microscopic dots provided with a unique code.
The identifiers are preferably made of metal, especially nickel.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a process for producing said assembly and / or insulating polyurethane foam, wherein 300 to 500 pieces of identifiers having a size of 0.3 to 1 mm and a thickness of from 0 to 0.5 liter are added to the container. 01 to 0.03 mm. The identifiers are preferably provided with a numeric code.
Identifier means microts, resp. metal or plastic slices of 0,3 to 1 mm in thickness and 0,01 to 0,03 mm in thickness. Such microdots are engraved with a unique numeric or other code which is entered during production of the polyurethane foam in the production records of a particular batch of product. This creates a unique link to the product lot and a unique microdot code number. Once the contents of the polyurethane foam from the container have been dispensed and expanded, and the final curing and processing is performed, the microdots are a solid and integral part of the cured foam structure. If necessary, such as a complaint, these microdots are located in the foam with the naked eye or magnifying glass and using a magnifying microscope it is possible to read the unique code to identify the product itself and the specific batch.

Pěnu lze identifikovat po celou dobu její životnosti, přičemž identifikátory - nosiče informací nemají vliv na výsledné vlastnosti vytvrzené pěny. Nosiče informací ani nijak nezmění chemické složení směsi.The foam can be identified throughout its lifetime, and the information carriers have no influence on the resulting properties of the cured foam. The information carriers will not alter the chemical composition of the mixture.
Jednou z výhod tohoto řešení je, kromě jiného, i finanční návratnost z důvodů snížení počtu uznatelných reklamací.One of the advantages of this solution is, among other things, the financial return due to the reduction of the number of eligible claims.
Příklady uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Příkladná montážní a izolační polyuretanová pěna v 1 litru pěny v dóze před její expanzí napěnění obsahuje přibližně 450 kusů identifikátorů o velikosti 0,5 mm a tloušťce od 0,02 mm. Tyto identifikátory jsou tvořeny mikroskopickými tečkami z niklu a jsou opatřeny jedinečným kódem. An exemplary assembly and insulating polyurethane foam in 1 liter of foam in a container prior to its foaming expansion comprises approximately 450 pieces of identifiers having a size of 0.5 mm and a thickness of 0.02 mm. These identifiers consist of nickel microscopic dots and are provided with a unique code.
In the manufacturing process of assembly and insulating polyurethane foam, 450 pieces of 0.5 mm in size and 0.02 mm thick are placed in 1 liter of foam in a container prior to expansion, with the numeric code being provided.
The inserted identifiers are randomly distributed in the foam, at least some of which are located near the surface of the cured foam so that they can be seen with the naked eye, possibly with magnifying aids.
Vzhledem ktomu, že identifikátory jsou označeny jedinečným kódem, je možné po celou dobu životnosti pěny, zjistit jejího konkrétního výrobce, a to včetně šarže výroby a dalších údajů dodaných výrobcem.Since the identifiers are labeled with a unique code, it is possible to ascertain the specific foam manufacturer throughout the life of the foam, including the batch of production and other data supplied by the manufacturer.
The assembly and / or insulating polyurethane foam and method of its manufacture will find use without any change in the nature of the polyurethane foam. Furthermore, the product containing the microdots works completely unchanged and can be operated in the same way as a standard product without the use of identifiers, especially in the insulation of window and door frames, partition walls, walls and ceilings and in other applications, especially in construction.
