Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a holder for a portable electronic display device, in particular for a tablet or mobile phone, comprising a rigid carrier with a bottom trough for receiving the device, the elastic strap having a top hook for receiving the device.

A variety of portable electronic display devices, such as tablets or mobile phones, have become an indispensable guide for many people, of course they do not want to be separated even when traveling by car. Especially if such a person travels in the car as a passenger, he / she uses these devices for fun and work during the journey. Of course, these devices can be held in your hand, but it is much more convenient if you can put them in a suitable holder in your car.

There are a number of known brackets that can be hung on the dashboard slats in the car. Such constructions are known, for example, from DE 102011000924 A1 or JP 2003160001 A.

Passengers in the rear seats of the car can also be used to hang portable electronic devices with the head restraint display of the front seats of the car. Such a solution is described, for example, in DE 102011120876 A1 which discloses a holder for a portable electronic device with a display, in particular a laptop, tablet or mobile phone, which comprises a frame for accommodating a portable electronic device, the frame being provided with holding means for hanging the frame on car seat head restraints. The frame is fitted with a hinged support on the back to support the back of the seat back to ensure an ergonomically optimal frame position with a portable electronic device.

Holders of portable electronic devices with display can also be hung on the cup holders in the car interior.

A common disadvantage of known brackets is that they can pose a safety hazard in the event of an accident when not in use and remain suspended on some of the interior parts. This can, of course, be eliminated by storing the holder after each use in one of the storage compartments in the car, where it obstructs. In addition, modern cars already have so much storage space that sometimes it can be difficult to find the bracket at all.

The object of the invention is to provide a simple holder of portable electronic devices with a display which is always handy and does not take up space in the storage space of a car.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This object is achieved by a holder for a portable electronic device with a display, in particular a tablet or a mobile phone, comprising a rigid support with a bottom trough for receiving the device, and an elastic strap secured to the support with an upper hook for receiving the device according to the invention, characterized in that the support part is provided on the rear side with at least one pivotable hinge for the pivotable fastening in the region of the upper edge of the lid of the car dashboard between the tilted position when the support part rests on the outer side of the upper part the dashboard lid edge in the instrument panel and the stowed position where the support member is immersed in a recess arranged inside the dashboard lid.

The holder for a portable electronic device 2 with a display, in particular for a tablet or a mobile phone, according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, comprises a rigid plastic support part 3 having a bottom groove 1 for receiving the device 2.

The bottom groove 1 is filled with adhesive to better fix the device 2.

On the upper side, an elastic strap 4 is fastened to the support part 3, which is provided at its free end with an upper hook 5 for receiving the device 2. The elastic strap 4 is folded at the upper hook 5 to form a lifting eye 9. while stretching the elastic strap 4 when the hook 5 is inserted or removed from the upper edge of the apparatus 2.

On the rear side, the support part 3 is provided with a pair of pivot hinges 6, by means of which it is hingedly fastened in the region of the upper edge of the box lid 8 in the dashboard of the car, on the inner side of which the locking member 10 is arranged.
