Technical field

The technical solution relates to a safety and rehabilitation device for training of standing up, balance and walking for seniors or patients with reduced mobility of lower limbs or with reduced stability. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising such a safety device. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

So-called walkers are known from the prior art, i.e. rehabilitation aids for the elderly or patients with reduced mobility of the lower limbs or with reduced stability. Generally, such walkers comprise a frame on which there is at least one handrail on which the user can rest or be held while standing or walking, and the frame further comprises at least three feet, each of which is usually provided with either a wheel or anti-slip adapter.

The disadvantage of these walkers is that in some cases the user, especially the user with reduced stability, feels insecure despite the possibility of firmly leaning against the handle and is afraid of falling. In addition, some users are not or do not feel strong enough to be able to stand or walk with their hand support only.

The object of this technical solution is therefore to enable the use of the walkers even to persons who would need the help of a standard walker while standing or walking, even in the form of additional support or in the form of readiness to catch the user in case of a fall. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a rehabilitation aid that facilitates nursing assistance in getting patients up, for example walking up with a walker.

The essence of the technical solution

The above task is solved by a safety and rehabilitation aid for training for getting up, balance and walking, which includes:

- flat washer,

- a pair of fastening straps which are fixed or detachably attachable to the support on the shorter sides of its elongated shape and connectable to each other to secure the safety device to the wearer's body,

a pair of securing strips which are fastened or removably fastened to the support.

In a preferred embodiment, the securing strips are connectable to each other to be threaded onto a frame or a walking handle.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, at least one of the securing strips is length adjustable and / or length elastic, or when at least one of the fastening strips is length adjustable and / or length elastic.

A further preferred embodiment of the safety and rehabilitation device further comprises a pair of handling grips that are secured to the pad on the shorter sides of its elongated shape.

Preferably, the pad has a contact surface intended to be applied to the wearer and provided with a non-slip surface and a facing surface which is opposite to the contact surface and to which the grips are fastened.

The above task is also solved by a walking training assembly comprising the above-mentioned safety and rehabilitation aid and a rehabilitation walker comprising a frame, at least one support handle and at least three legs thereon, each of which is provided with either a wheel, or and wherein the safety belts are removably attachable to the rehabilitation walker.

Examples of technical solutions

The exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing comprises a backing I made of a flexible material, for example a textile, preferably a multi-layer textile, and preferably with a non-slip treatment on one side and with a handle 2 on the other side. A fastening strip 3 and a securing strip 4 are fastened or removable in each case in the vicinity of each of the sidewalls.

In each case, at least one of the fastening strips 3 and at least one of the securing strips 4 is preferably adjustable in length.
