Abstract
Description
The invention relates to shoe soles, in particular sports shoes, to prevent skidding on the surface, especially in halls and on artificial surfaces.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various solutions for preventing shear between the shoe sole and the walking surface are known from the technical work. These are various additional elements such as belts, chains, lugs and the like which are particularly useful in open terrain. Their disadvantage is the possibility of damage to one surface and their unsuitability for use in various games such as basketball, volleyball, floorball and others, especially indoor games. The same slippery surface problems can occur in hospital, sanatom, rehabilitation and other similar areas. Insufficient friction coefficient between such surfaces is very often the cause of serious injuries and health complications.
Various embodiments of shoe soles are also known. Such soles usually have a high purchase price and their use is largely limited by both the specific surface and its maintenance and the very narrow range. With the exception of expensive types of sports shoes, models suitable for older people, hospitalized people, disabled children and adults as well as socially disadvantaged groups are practically unattainable. It is possible to state and prove that even the most expensive, especially anti-slip designed shoes will degrade their required properties over time and thus lose a substantial part of their utility value and become dangerous for their slippage. So far, there are no means of restoring them on the market, at least partially, and eventually become environmentally burdensome.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The above-mentioned drawbacks are largely overcome by the sole of the shoe, in particular the sports, anti-skid, of the present invention. By its nature, the sole is provided with at least one cavity filled with a liquid comprised of 5 to 90% by weight. % propane-1,2,3-triol, 5 to 15 wt. % natural bee honey, 2 to 70 wt. % starch flour and 8 to 55 wt. water, wherein at the bottom the sole is provided with at least one one-way valve to discharge fluid from the cavity.
Ve výhodném provedení tekutina obsahuje 10 až 15 % hmotn. gelu kyseliny křemičité.In a preferred embodiment, the fluid comprises 10 to 15 wt. silica gel.
The one-way valve is preferably in the form of a cone whose wider side is toward the cavity and the narrower side is toward the sole surface. The cavity may be filled with an absorbent resilient mass. The cavity is preferably provided with an inlet opening for filling with fluid. In a preferred embodiment, two cavities are located in the front of the shoe and one in the rear of the shoe.
The fluid composition ensures high adhesion between the sole of the shoe and the surface of the walking or playing surface. This prevents slip and reduces the risk of injury. From a sports perspective, players have greater stability, which also affects their performance, and other users benefit from increased safety and resource savings for eventually new footwear, since the fluid described above regenerates most types of soles used for home, hospital and sports purposes.
The above described and defined fluid has, besides its useful anti-slip properties, one unforgettable property, which is absolute non-toxic. Each of the listed ingredients is also used in the food assortment. Their mutual composition retains this property. Storage conditions do not impose any special requirements. The fluid is almost antifreeze. Application is an extremely simple cavity in the sole is filled with the aforementioned fluid and during movement it flows through one-way valves in the form of micro-holes to the surface of the sole. The one-way valves automatically open when the sole is bent and close again when straightened. Due to the minimum dimensions of the outlet openings and their shape, the fluid will only flow out when the shoe is bent and will only slightly increase the shoe sole. Such a cavity may also serve as a damping element for jumps and the like.
The shelf life depends only on the size of the cavity, the amount of liquid poured and the frequency of use. The cavity is preferably provided with an inlet opening for filling with fluid, so that the footwear with the desired anti-slip properties can be used substantially throughout its lifetime. Usage requirements are minimal. Only a minimally thin film must be formed on the sole. Accidental spillage of liquid is treated only by wiping off, just as with ordinary water. The cavity can be filled with an absorbent resilient mass that allows better control of the liquid flow and can also serve as a spring element. In a preferred embodiment, two cavities are located in the front of the shoe and one in the rear of the shoe.
Cost-effectiveness is very advantageous in comparison with utility properties. None of the components or their dispersion is harmful to the environment. The liquid is slightly hygroscopic and its efficiency decreases in years if it is not protected from environmental humidity. Normally, the loss of efficacy is not measurable. Special demands on the maintenance and handling of shoes are negligible and there is no serious reason to protect it specifically from children, for example.
Příklady uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Příkladná podrážka sportovní obuvi zabraňující smyku po povrchu je opatřena ve své přední části dutinou naplněnou tekutinou tvořenou ze 30 % hmotn. propan 1,2,3-triolem, 10 % hmotn. přírodním včelím medem, 30 % hmotn. škrobovou moučkou, 20 % hmotn. vodou a 10 % hmotn. gelu kyseliny křemičité. An exemplary anti-skid footwear sole is provided with a cavity filled with a fluid of 30 wt. % propane with 1,2,3-triol, 10 wt. % natural bee honey, 30 wt. starch flour, 20 wt. % water and 10 wt. silica gel. On the underside, the sole is provided with one-way valves in the form of conical micro-holes for fluid outflow from the cavity. The cavity is filled with an absorbent resilient mass and is provided with an inlet for fluid filling.
V dalším provedení je podrážka opatřena dvěma dutinami umístěnými v přední části obuvi a jednou dutinou v zadní části obuvi. In a further embodiment, the sole is provided with two cavities located at the front of the shoe and one cavity at the rear of the shoe.
The exact percentage or other quantification of the fluid composition for the purpose of the example may be misleading given that the nature of the walking surface, such as contamination and whether or not the surface is greasy, must be known. Preventing slippage of surfaces contaminated with any grease is not the subject of the described solution.
When the cavity is filled with fluid, it is closed and does not leak from the sole. After putting on the shoe and using it, ie walking, running, jumps and the like, the sole is bent and thus the valves are opened, through which the liquid passes to the surface of the sole in minimum amount. In this way, the surface of the sole is dewed, which is sufficient to prevent the shoe from skidding on the surface. The cavities can be filled with absorbent material, which by its properties, such as rigidity and elasticity, can improve the overall properties of the footwear. The fluid can be refilled via the inlet port.
