Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález se týká zařízení pro bezkontaktní měření průchodnosti partikulárních materiálů, které pracuje na principu měření změny kapacit jednotlivých segmentů deskového kondenzátorů.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for contactless measurement of the throughput of particulate materials, which operates on the principle of measuring the change in capacities of individual segments of plate capacitors.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Partikulární látky patří k běžně zpracovávaným materiálům v průmyslu i zemědělství. Z těchto důvodů byly vyvinuty i metody bezkontaktní, např. přerušování světelného paprsku procházejícím materiálem, radiační čidla, čidla laserová, ultrazvuková, elektrická kapacitní tomografie a další. Námi vynalezený segmentový kapacitní snímač průchodnosti je rovněž čidlo bezkontaktní aje pro zjišťování průchodnosti různých druhů partikulárních materiálů dobrou a levnou alternativou.Particular substances belong to commonly processed materials in industry and agriculture. When processing them, it is often useful to know their immediate throughput. The patency of particulate matter is most often determined during their transport between individual technological nodes of machines with which they are processed. In order to measure the patency of particulate matter, a number of systems have been developed which are based on different principles. Some of these devices are contact. The most common principle of contact devices is weighing, but it is also possible to monitor the power required for transport, etc. The disadvantage of contact measurements is generally their high sensitivity to external disturbances (especially vibrations), which are often difficult to remove, especially in mobile machines. For this reason, non-contact methods have been developed, such as interruption of light beam through material, radiation sensors, laser sensors, ultrasonic sensors, electrical capacitance tomography and others. The segment capacitance sensor we invented is also a non-contact sensor and is a good and inexpensive alternative for detecting the throughput of various types of particulate materials.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the invention that passing particulate material between the capacitor plates, where there is sufficient space to pass it, changes the ratio of the dielectric constants of the air to the material passing through, thereby changing the capacitance of the capacitors depending on the amount of material. The active board is divided into several insulated segments, which together with a grounded board form several segment capacitors of equal area and no-load capacity. Due to temperature compensation, the device is equipped with a reference module, which includes a reference capacitor of the same capacitance as a single segment capacitor. By comparing the capacitances of the segment capacitors in the passage of the material and the capacitances of the reference capacitors, it is possible to determine the spatial position of the material between the plates, its profile and the quantity. Segment capacitors are connected in individual splitters with impedance and the splitters are powered by AC voltage from the oscillator. Behind each divider is an AC / DC module that is functionally adapted to convert an AC signal to a DC signal. The DC voltage from these modules is applied to a switch controlled by the processor module. With the switch, the individual voltages from the AC / DC modules are gradually fed to one differential amplifier input. The second input of the differential amplifier is output from the AC / DC reference module. The reference module includes an impedance wired to the reference capacitor in the AC powered oscillator and an AC / DC module. The output voltage from the differential amplifier is converted to a number in the A / D converter and the individual data is stored in the memory that is part of the processor module.

Příklady uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Takto vyvolané změny napětí jsou následně zpracovány moduly 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 a 21 AC/DC a jsou porovnány s napětím referenčního obvodu 30.The continuity sensor is a capacitor with two plates 1 and 2 between which there is sufficient space for the measured material 3 to pass, the active plate 1 being composed of an insulating plate 32 on which equally insulated conductive segments 4, 5, 6 are arranged. 7, 8 and 9, forming 2 measuring capacitors with a grounded plate. The segments are connected via impedances JO, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to the oscillator 22 and at the same time to the inputs of the modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 AC / DC and the grounded board 2 is connected to the ground terminal 31 of the oscillator 22. individual modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 AC / DC. Outputs from individual modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 24 AC / DC are connected to individual inputs of electronic switch 23. The output of switch 23 is connected to one input of differential amplifier 24 DC, whose output is connected to converter 25 A / D which is connected to the processor module 26. The second input of the differential amplifier 24 is connected to the output of the reference module 29 AC / DC and its input is connected to the reference capacitor 27, which is connected via an impedance 28 to the oscillator 22. The other end of the reference capacitor 27 is connected to ground terminal 31. 27, together with the reference impedance 28 and the reference module 29, the AC / DC reference circuit 30. The switching of the individual outputs from the modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 by the AC / DC switch 23 controls the processor module 26 to which the switch 23 is connected. . The voltage difference values obtained from the reference module 29 AC / CD and the individual modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 AC / DC are individually read, amplified in the differential amplifier 24 and stored in the A / D converter 25 the memory of the processor module 26 of which the memory is part. The material passing between the capacitor plates I and 2 will cause a capacity change between the grounded plate 2 and the stripped conductive segments 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of the capacitors underneath. This capacity change is measured as a change in the impedance of the individual capacitor sub-capacitors below the insulated conductive segments 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of the capacitors. The induced change in the impedance of the individual sub-capacitors below the stripped conductive segments 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of the capacitors then changes the voltage between the individual sub-capacitors and the corresponding impedances of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15 measuring capacitors are voltage dividers. The voltage variations thus induced are then processed by the AC / DC modules 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 and are compared to the reference circuit voltage 30.
