Abstract

In the present invention, there is disclosed a device for withdrawing flat, hose-like, straight packages (O) from a storage container (6) and subsequent opening thereof wherein the device consists of two parts (2, 3) provided with air bleeds (4) connected to a vacuum source. The upper part (2) is adjustable between the storage container (6) and the lower part (3) from above.

Description

Technical field

The invention is an apparatus for removing flat tubular line packages from a container and subsequently opening them.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The packaging of the goods in line segments, i.e. in advance for the final length of the cut packages, is carried out manually. An operation that greatly lengthens the packaging process is to open the flat tubular line wrapper. Such a package is in the form of a flat hose, whose opposing walls are electrostatically adjacent to one another with respect to the material used, or the cut edges are joined together already during cutting by the heat generated.

The wrapping of the goods into the tubular packaging is therefore carried out by machine into a continuous tubular strip which is unwound from the disc magazine and after partial packaging the used part with the wrapped goods is separated so as to guarantee accessibility of the opening in the continuous tubular strip. The sensitivity of this operation renders such devices fail. Therefore, in other devices, the tubular package is formed immediately prior to packaging. A strip is unwound from the disc magazine, which is welded longitudinally, thereby allowing the resulting tubular package to be filled from above.

None of the machinery is suitable for wrapping rods of constant length in packages of constant length, where the package carries information which must be completely on the package only once. For goods where there is no such requirement, the information on the packaging is generally less than half its length. This ensures that there is always one complete uninterrupted information on the packaging.

Such a product is, for example, a pencil. A heat-shrinkable plastic foil is used as a tubular segmented package. The foil, which can be made in flat with any print using modern graphic techniques and subsequently made into a flat tubular line shape, will replace the previously used screen printing, which was low productive and low resolution. Although it is a finish of a pencil or other rod-like object, the package still remains, even if it is an integral part of the article to be wrapped, after being shrunk.

The essence of the solution

The invention is a device for removing flat tubular line packages from a container and subsequently opening them, which removes the above-mentioned drawbacks while allowing the preparation of the package for machine packaging. The device consists of two parts provided with air holes connected to a vacuum source. The upper part is adjustable between the container and the lower part from above. The upper part removes the tubular tubular package from the flat container by applying a vacuum to the source of which the air holes are connected. Upon approaching the upper part to the lower part from above, the flat tubular segmental casing partially opens under the action of a vacuum from the air holes in the lower part.

If the upper and / or lower parts are provided with a longitudinal groove into which the air openings open, then the suction fills the wall of the flat tubular segmental package and the extent and shape of the opening are defined by the size and shape of the longitudinal groove.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The upper part 2 is adjustable between the container 6 and the lower part 3 by means of a movement device (not shown). The lower part 3 and the reservoir 6 are fixed to the frame 1. Both the upper and lower parts 2, 3 are provided with air holes 4, which are connected to a source of vacuum. Neither the vacuum source nor the connecting pipes to both parts 2, 3 are shown. In Figures 1 and 2, the lower part 3 is provided with a longitudinal groove 5 into which the air holes 4 open. Also shown in Fig. 5 is a lower part 3 with a longitudinal V-shaped groove over the entire width of the profile of the lower part 3. Longitudinal grooves 5 can also be provided in both parts 2, 3, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6. The size and shape of the grooves 5 are chosen according to the profile of the packaged goods.

The upper part 2 sucks under the vacuum a flat tubular segment O placed on top of the container 6, to which the upper part 2 has been placed from above. Subsequently, the upper part 2 is displaced in the indicated direction with the sucked flat tubular segment O to the lower part 3. Due to the negative pressure in the air holes 4, when the two parts 2, 3 are approached, the packaging O is partially opened to one another. If at least one of the parts 2, 3 is provided with a longitudinal groove 5, it defines the size and shape of the opening of the package O.

Apparatus for removing flat tubular segmented packages (O) from a container (6) and subsequently opening them, characterized in that it consists of two parts (2, 3) provided with air holes (4) connected to a vacuum source, the upper part (2) is adjustable between the container (6) and the lower part (3) from above. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper part (2) and / or the lower part (3) are provided with a longitudinal groove (5) into which the air openings (4) open.
