Abstract

The present invention relates to an organic absorption geotextile in the form of an endless belt of web and being formed by at least one layer of a non-woven textile having in its structure dried and combed, squeezed duck's feather retained therein by needling. The non-woven textile in the form of netting or a porous non-woven textile forms outer walls of the geotextile. At least two layers of the non-woven textile are coupled on longitudinal sides to each other forming thus a sleeve.

Description

Organická absorpční geotextilieOrganic absorbent geotextiles

Oblast technikyTechnical field

Vynález se týká organické absorpční geotextilie, upravené do nekonečného pásu rouna. The present invention relates to an organic absorbent geotextile formed into an endless web of webs.

Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

So far known oil-absorbent absorbents which are commonly used are of loose consistency. The best known is microporous granulate, such as VAPEX, which is effective for capturing oil substances on solid ground, such as roads and still water, etc. It is not suitable for use on running waters. Its disposal is costly and ecologically difficult.

Řešení je známo z patentu EP 92 922 751.A carrier device in the form of a porous bladder, which is filled with a sorbent such as, for example, water bird feathers, is known for the removal of petroleum substances. The support device is adapted to accommodate the porous bladder in a replaceable manner. The solution is known from patent EP 92 922 751.

Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Organic absorbent geotextile, resp. The sorbent according to the invention is adapted to an endless web of webs. The essence is that it consists of at least one layer of nonwoven fabric which has needled, dried, combed, pressed duck feathers in the structure by needling. The outer walls of the geotextile are formed by a non-woven fabric in the form of a screen, or are formed by a porous non-woven fabric. At least two layers of nonwoven are bonded on the longitudinal sides of the web.

The advantage of the solution according to the invention is the ability of absorbent or sorption geotextiles permeate the water and at the same time absorb organic substances based on polyphenyls and polyolefins, by which water is contaminated. This is due to the use of duck feathers, the structure of which guarantees absorption properties. Therefore, geotextile can be used to remove oil substances on water surfaces. The geotextile used in this way can then be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, since it is easy to handle.

Netkaná textilie ve struktuře zaručuje pevnost, geotextilii lze rolovat a přemísťovat. Je vhodná likvidace spálením.The nonwoven fabric in the structure guarantees strength, the geotextile can be rolled and moved. Combustion by incineration is appropriate.

Another suitable use is as a pad of traps in the filter units of service stations and service stations, as well as in other locations in the petrochemical industry, i.e. where it is desirable to remove water contaminating oil products.

It is also possible to use it in places where heavy machinery is handled, eg on construction sites. Here, the organic absorbent geotextile can serve as a barrier to accidental environmental pollution by oil products. For the same reason it is suitable to use it as filter plugs for sewer bridge gullies and lapholes.

A significant advantage of the solution according to the invention is the use of the duck slaughterhouse waste product.

Příklady provedení vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The oil spill at the surface of the watercourse was removed using the organic absorbent geotextile of the invention.

Several 10 m long and 2 m wide strips were used, which consisted of a single layer of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. Pressed, dried and pre-combed duck feathers are attached to the structure of this porous fabric. The structure of the geotextile is such that the duck feather is on the surface on both sides of the geotextile and the nonwoven fabric forms a matrix.

Duck feathers are combed to improve the geotextile's absorbent properties and squeezed to increase its density when needling.

An organic absorbent geotextile according to the invention was made. Two single-layer nonwoven webs were used, which are in the form of a sieve, their longitudinal walls being joined. Dried, combed, crushed duck feathers were held in the sleeve thus formed.

Organic absorbent geotextile, resp. sorption, is useful in the purification of waste, preferably running water containing oil.
