Základním úkolem technického řešení bylo nalézt prostředek, který by odstranil výše uvedené nevýhody, tedy nepohodlné, nefunkční a neestetické řešení spodních kalhot a pasového límce při zachování funkčnosti a pevnosti spodních kalhot jako celku.The main objective of the technical solution was to find a means to overcome the above mentioned disadvantages, i.e. uncomfortable, non-functional and non-aesthetic solution of the trousers and waist collar while maintaining the functionality and strength of the trousers as a whole.

Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution

Uvedené nedostatky odstraňují kalhoty z jemné pružné pleteniny, jejichž podstata spočívá v tom, že tyto kalhoty jsou složeny pouze ze dvou dílů pleteniny, a to tak, že celá nohavicová část je složena z jednoho dílu pleteniny a mezi pravou a levou polovinu nohavicové části je vložen díl pleteniny ve tvaru oka, který se nachází pouze v rozkrokové části kalhot a dále již nepokračuje ani v přední, ani v zadní části kalhot. S výše uvedeným technickým řešením souvisí i způsob výroby těchto zateplených kalhot, když se tyto kalhoty vyrábějí z jednoho kusu hadicové pleteniny pletené na okrouhlém pletacím stroji. Tento jeden kus hadicové pleteniny se složí tak, že vzniknou dvě vrstvy této pleteniny. Z takto složené pleteniny je uprostřed vystřižena část pleteniny ve tvaru zkoseného rovnoramenného trojúhelníku, přičemž základna trojúhelníku je umístěna ve spodní části pleteniny a trojúhelník se následně rovnoměrně zužuje do zkoseného vrcholu, který končí přibližně v homí pětině kusu pleteniny. Vystřižením tohoto trojúhelníku vznikne jeden nohavicový díl (pravá a levá část kalhot). Zateplené kalhoty jsou vyrobeny ze dvou dílů pleteniny, a to z nohavicového dílu i a rozkrokového dílu 2 pleteniny umístěného v sedové části kalhot.
