Description
The technical solution relates to a fire acoustic board, in particular fire and sound reducing, soundproofing or sound absorbing board, which consists of a sandwich construction.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Part of the requirements for the solution of new buildings or renovated buildings, for the interior of the dwelling, office space, recitation halls, studios, etc. there are also requirements for fire safety and acoustic protection of these spaces against noise. Single or multilayer fire acoustic panels are known, made of different materials which must withstand a fire for at least 30 minutes. These boards are generally made of chipboard to ensure that they do not burn in less than 30 minutes. They are also made of metal or various natural or artificial fiber materials or combinations thereof. In order to more effectively protect against noise, the plates are often constructed from several layers, the individual so-called structural layers being joined by means of connecting layers. The bonding layer material is generally a natural or artificial adhesive, such as rubber, bitumen or synthetic adhesives of various kinds, etc. In the known fire acoustic panels of wooden construction, the area between solid materials is usually filled with solid materials. Known acoustic boards have numerous disadvantages. The most important of these is that the required noise protection effect can only be ensured at relatively high thickness and heavy weight. Thick acoustic panels are disadvantageous not only for their weight and volume, but also because they are expensive. GB-A-992008 discloses an acoustic board in which the protective effect is increased by the use of various fillers. Acoustic panels of sandwich construction are also known, wherein the area between the peripheral boards of the construction is filled with loose sand. The disadvantage of these boards is that they shake the sand to one side of the structure, eg at the door.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The known disadvantages of known fire acoustic boards are eliminated by the fire acoustic board according to the technical solution, which consists of mutually arranged surface elements - boards. The essence of the technical solution consists in that in the space between the mutually arranged planar elements there is a grid raster whose individual meshes are filled with sand. Practical tests have shown that a suitable grid material is paper or cardboard. Quartz sand is used as a suitable sand for filling mesh meshes.
The advantage of the technical solution is that the grid grid holds the sand between the boards and thus does not shake the sand to one side.

Příklady technického řešeníExamples of technical solutions
Jako materiál plošných prvků 1 může být1 and 2 schematically shows an arrangement of a fire acoustic panel 10, which is formed from planar elements 1, between which a grid 3 is arranged, the meshes 3.1 of which are filled with quartz sand 4. In production, the planar element is 1.1, a grid 3 made of paper is glued. The meshes 3.1 of the grid 3 are filled with sand 4. The grid grid 3 is then covered with a sheet-like element 1.2 which is subsequently glued to the grid grid 3. The plates thus formed can be stacked.
