Tepelně izolační gcopolymerní hmota na bázi expandovaného perlitu
Oblast techniky
Hmota vzniká smísením jednoznačně daného poměru jednotlivých složek a dosahuje vynikajících tepelně izolačních a rovněž pevnostních parametrů.
Hmota obsahuje pojivovou složku, kterou tvoří vysokopecní granulovaná struska a upravený roztok vodního skla, vodu a dále plnivo, tvořené expandovaným perlitem. Hmota je tvořena 50 až 53 kg vysokopecní granulované strusky, 9 až 12 kg expandovaného perlitu, 17 až 19 kg uprave40 ného vodního skla o silikátovém modulu 1,7 až 2,5 a 18 až 21 1 vody.
Výhodou navrhovaného technického řešení je možnost použití alternativních pojivových systémů při zachování požadovaných mechanických vlastností a zároveň dosažení vynikajících tepelně izolačních vlastností.

Thermally insulating gopopolymer mass based on expanded perlite
Technical field
The technical solution relates to the composition of a geopolymic mass with thermal insulating properties based on expanded perlite, which is suitable for use in prefabricated production of building components and products.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, there is a wide variety of thermal insulation materials with different properties on the market.
The best thermal insulators include extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, urethane poles, mineral and glass insulation and foam glass. Thermal conductivity of the insulator is in the range 0.02 to 0.09 Wm UIC first Most of these materials achieve low compressive strengths and therefore it is necessary to use another, load bearing material in the construction at the same time. When used especially in contact thermal insulation and sandwich masonry systems, their disadvantages are fully manifested, namely non-ecological, solubility in organic solvents15, high demands on quality of construction and dependence on environmental influences.
Another group of thermally insulating materials are materials to which light aggregate is added as a filler. This results in a partial reduction of the thermal conductivity coefficient and an improvement in the thermal insulation properties at the expense of a significant reduction in strength properties. These materials include, for example, polystyrene concrete and perlit concrete, keramzitbeton and various other types of mortar and concrete. Thermal conductivity of these materials ranges from 0.09 to 1.4 W.nťÚK 'first The disadvantage is high price, demanding design and unecological.
The third group of thermal insulators consists of materials which directly use air pores in their structure as a barrier to heat conduction. These include, in particular, aerated concrete and aerated concrete. The advantage is a low coefficient of thermal conductivity ranging from 0.085 to 0.2 Wm @ -1 . The disadvantage is the very low compressive strengths at the values of 0.3 to 5 MPa and high water absorption.
In almost all of the above groups, conventional cement-based or clay bricks, etc., are used as the main matrix of the mass or the resulting load-bearing building structure.
The subject matter of the industrial property is a mass in which a completely different carrier element is used as the matrix, namely an alkali-activated blast furnace slag-based system and expanded perlite, an aggregate of very low bulk density, is used as a filler. The material is formed by mixing a clearly defined ratio of individual components and achieves excellent thermal insulation as well as strength parameters.
The essence of the technical solution
The essence of the subject of industrial property is a geopolymic mass based on expanded perlite with proven properties.
The composition comprises a binder component consisting of blast furnace slag and treated water glass solution, water, and an expanded perlite filler. The mass consists of 50 to 53 kg of blast furnace slag, 9 to 12 kg of expanded perlite, 17 to 19 kg of treated water glass having a silicate modulus of 1.7 to 2.5 and 18 to 21 liters of water.
The advantage of the proposed technical solution is the possibility of using alternative binder systems while maintaining the required mechanical properties while achieving excellent thermal insulation properties.
