Abstract

Předkládané řešení se týká systému pro lepení dřevěných konstrukcí, sestávajícího ze dvou formulací pro jednotlivé vrstvy nátěru lepených ploch,kde první formulace sestává ze složky A, kterou je akrylátová vodou-ředitelná penetrace na bázi esterů kyseliny akrylové, a ze složky B, kterou jsou nanočástice termosetu, vybraného ze skupiny zahrnující fenolformaldehydovou pryskyřici, močovinoformaldehydovou pryskyřici a melaminformaldehydovou pryskyřici; přičemž nanočástice mají velikost v rozmezí od 10 do 60 nm, s výhodou 30 nm; přičemž složka A může volitelně obsahovat alespoň jedno aditivum a přičemž obsah složky B v první formulaci je v rozmezí od 15 do 20 % hmotn., vztaženo na celkovou hmotnost první formulace; a kde druhá formulace sestává z polyuretanového jednosložkového adhesiva. Předkládané řešení se dále týká lepeného konstrukčního prvku ze dřeva dubu, způsobu lepení dřeva a použití uvedeného systému.The presented solution refers to a system for gluing wooden structures, consisting of two formulations for individual layers of paint on glued surfaces, where the first formulation consists of component A, which is an acrylic water-dilutable penetration based on acrylic acid esters, and component B, which is nanoparticles a thermoset selected from the group consisting of phenol formaldehyde resin, urea formaldehyde resin and melamine formaldehyde resin; wherein the nanoparticles have a size ranging from 10 to 60 nm, preferably 30 nm; wherein component A may optionally contain at least one additive and wherein the content of component B in the first formulation is in the range of 15 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the first formulation; and wherein the second formulation consists of a polyurethane one-component adhesive. The presented solution also relates to a glued structural element made of oak wood, the method of gluing wood and the use of the mentioned system.
