Description
Podešev s ventilací, zejména pro flexibilní trendy vycházkovou obuvVentilated sole, especially for flexible trendy walking shoes
Oblast technikyField of technology
The invention relates to a ventilated sole, intended in particular for flexible walking shoes. This sole can be used in conjunction with various types of uppers in the footwear industry.
Dosavadní stav technikyState of the art
In the field of footwear production, many new solutions have been emerging, especially recently. In addition to traditional natural or synthetic leathers, footwear with a textile upper also has an irreplaceable place on the market. The shoes are gradually and perceived more and more often, especially in the temperate climate zone, primarily as protection of the foot against the direct action of the terrain, while the role of the upper is basically to ensure sufficient holding of the sole on the foot. The requirements for the properties of the upper therefore change considerably compared to the classic concept of footwear - the criteria of easy footwear and affordable prices come to the fore.
Výrobci obuvi přicházejí v poslední době pod vlivem těchto trendů s množstvím dříve nezvyklých řešení, která připomínají v podstatě spojení podešve a ponožky. Under the influence of these trends, shoe manufacturers have recently come up with a number of previously unusual solutions, which are basically reminiscent of the combination of a sole and a sock. The upper part of the shoe is also solved in this spirit.
However, in conventional footwear solutions of this type, the upper itself often does not have sufficient dimensional stability on the foot during walking, especially in the lower part adjacent to the foot. Keeping the sole in its original position during walking therefore often gets stuck, all the more so with a massive sole or when moving faster.
The stabilization of the position of such footwear on the foot during its use, even in more demanding conditions, thus largely depends on the properties and behavior of the sole. The heterogeneity of physical and mechanical properties of the sole and upper compared to traditional leather footwear excels all the more because the soles of these types of footwear have a somewhat more powerful construction, in which the middle part must ensure overall dimensional stability so that the sole bends in its front part. in the transition area between the toes and the instep. The sole should also define and maintain the position of the foot against slipping out of the sole. In this context, a stable heel position is extremely important, as the characteristics of the sole in the heel tend to be crucial in terms of wearing comfort.
The soles for footwear with a flexible upper are usually made in one piece and are relatively massive in order to achieve the required dimensional stability of the middle part. Stabilization of the foot position is ensured by raised edge parts of the sole, the lines of which are visible from the outside and project against the contrasting upper as design elements.
The requirements placed on the individual parts of the sole - the front tread part, the middle reinforcing part and the heel area - are so different that it is very difficult to combine the whole complex of these requirements in the production of a solid sole from a single piece of material.
Výhodou tohoto řešení je skutečnost, že nášlapná část společně s patní částí v dostatečné míře zajišťuje základní funkciIn order to combine all the above requirements for footwear with a non-traditional, flexible upper, to achieve a reliable fixation of such footwear on the user's foot while ensuring comfort and at the same time favorable economic relations, a sole concept was created for non-traditional walking shoes according to CZ 308747 B6. This sole has a resilient tread part and a resilient heel part inseparably connected to each other by means of a connecting part with a hardness of 70 to 85 ° Shore A. The advantage of this solution is the fact that the foot part together with the heel part sufficiently ensures the basic function
Zároveň vyšší tuhost a malá tloušťka spojovacího dílu dovoluje určité odlehčení celkové hmotnosti podešve.-1 CZ 2021 - 161 A3 sole, consisting in the protection of the foot from direct contact with the terrain. These parts have the properties needed for shock absorption - from the point of view of the anatomy of the foot and the physiology of the foot movement, this is extremely important, especially for the heel part, which supports the heel joints and the heel. The connecting part acts as a support and stabilization of the middle part of the foot so that the bending of the sole occurs in ergonomic harmony with the bending of the foot, ie in its front tread part, with a reinforced arch. At the same time, the higher rigidity and small thickness of the connecting part allow a certain lightening of the total weight of the sole.
Určitým dílčím nedostatkem řešení podešve podle uvedeného patentu je koncepce odvětrávání spojovacího dílu, která počítá stím, že navazující díly svršku, přesněji vnitřní stélka, doplní celkový komfort odvětrávání začleněním specifické membrány, která zabrání průniku vody přes perforaci spojovacího dílu, bude-li obuv použita v nepříznivých vnějších podmínkách.A certain shortcoming of the sole solution according to the said patent is the concept of venting the connecting part, which provides that the following parts of the upper, more precisely the inner insole, complement the overall comfort of ventilation by incorporating a specific membrane to prevent water penetration adverse external conditions.
Podstata vynálezuThe essence of the invention
Uvedené nevýhody a nedostatky řešení dosud známých podešví obuvi, zvláště pak podešví určených pro obuv s tvarově poddajným svrškem, do značné míry odstraňuje podešev s ventilací, zejména pro flexibilní trendy vycházkovou obuv, podle vynálezu. Podstata vynálezu spočívá vtom, že podešev, jejíž pružná nášlapná část je s pružnou patní částí nerozebíratelně spojena pevným spojovacím dílem, shora překrývajícím alespoň obvod patní části a opatřeným na vnějších okrajích podešve svisle orientovaným lemem, má spojovací díl, který spojuje nášlapnou část a patní část, má perforací vytvořenou ve své centrální zóně shora překrytou membránou. Membrána je s výhodou textilní vodě odolná prodyšná membrána z polymemích nanovláken. The above-mentioned disadvantages and shortcomings of the solutions of hitherto known shoe soles, in particular soles intended for footwear with a flexible upper, largely eliminate the ventilated sole, in particular for flexible trends, walking footwear, according to the invention. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the sole, the elastic foot part of which is inseparably connected to the elastic heel part by a fixed connecting part, overlapping at least the perimeter of the heel part from above and provided with a vertically oriented hem , has a perforation formed in its central zone from above by a covered membrane. The membrane is preferably a textile water resistant breathable polymer nanofiber membrane.
The ventilated sole, in particular for flexible walking shoes, according to the invention preferably has a perforation area with a membrane formed as a separate part which is inserted into an opening in the connecting part. The perforation area can advantageously be formed on the membrane by 3D printing technology.
Nášlapná část i patní část podešve s ventilací podle vynálezu mohou mít s výhodou shora vytvořenou sestavu odlehčujících dutin. Both the tread portion and the heel portion of the vented sole of the present invention may preferably have a relief cavity assembly formed above.
The ventilated sole, designed especially for flexible walking shoes, with the concept according to the invention, thanks to its construction sufficiently ensures the basic function of the sole, consisting in the protection of the foot from direct contact with the terrain. This means that it provides the properties needed to absorb shocks, both in the tread part, which is also sufficiently flexible, and especially in the heel part, which supports the heel joints and the heel.
Spojovací část, vyrobená z levnějšího tuhého, tvarově stabilního materiálu, značně zvyšuje celkovou stabilitu - snižuje riziko vyvrtnutí nohy, a to bez použití klenku, nutného u běžné obuvi. Zároveň se tím snižuje i celková cena obuvi. The connecting part, made of a cheaper rigid, dimensionally stable material, considerably increases the overall stability - it reduces the risk of the foot twisting, without the use of the arch, which is necessary for ordinary footwear. At the same time, this reduces the overall price of footwear.
However, the main advantage of the ventilated sole according to the invention is the optimized solution of the connecting part, which, thanks to the membrane, also fulfills the function of safe air and water vapor circulation at a higher level. When assembling the shoes, a compact upper part with a built-in insole with special barrier properties is no longer necessary. The penetration of water and moisture into the inside of the shoe is completely prevented by the construction of the sole, but the sole allows water vapor to escape.
