Abstract

Vynález se týká lisované desky pro výplně v bezpečnostních a protipožárních dveřích, která obsahuje slisované a vytvrzené tepelně izolační jádro (3) vytvořené z třísek stonků zemědělských plodin v tloušťce v rozmezí od 20 mm do 50 mm. V tloušťce a/nebo alespoň na jednom plošném povrchu tepelně izolačního jádra (3) je umístěna nejméně jedna plošná textilie (2) z čedičových, skleněných nebo uhlíkových mikrovláken o velikosti ok od 10 mm do 30 mm. Alespoň jeden plošný povrch tepelně izolačního jádra (3) je zakončen geopolymerní vrstvou (1) o měrné hmotnosti od 250 kg.m-3 do 600 kg.m-3 v tloušťce od 5 mm do 15 mm. Tepelně izolační jádro (3) obsahuje 80 % hmotnostních až 95 % hmotnostních třísky ze stonků zemědělských plodin a 5 % hmotnostních až 20 % hmotnostních pojivá na bázi močovinoformaldehydové lepicí směsi. Ve výhodném provedení lisované desky je geopolymerní vrstva (1) napěněná. Měrná hmotnost lisované desky je v rozmezí od 500 kg.m-3 do 750 kg.m-3.The invention relates to a pressed panel for panels in security and fire doors, which comprises a compressed and hardened thermal insulation core (3) formed from chips of agricultural crop stalks in a thickness ranging from 20 mm to 50 mm. At least one fabric (2) of basalt, glass or carbon microfibres with a mesh size of 10 mm to 30 mm is arranged in the thickness and / or on at least one surface of the thermal insulation core (3). At least one surface of the thermal insulation core (3) is terminated by a geopolymer layer (1) with a specific weight of from 250 kg.m-3 to 600 kg.m-3 in a thickness of from 5 mm to 15 mm. The thermal insulation core (3) contains 80% by weight to 95% by weight of chips from crop stalks and 5% by weight to 20% by weight of a binder based on a urea-formaldehyde adhesive mixture. In a preferred embodiment of the pressed board, the geopolymer layer (1) is foamed. The specific weight of the pressed plate is in the range from 500 kg.m-3 to 750 kg.m-3.
