Abstract
Kokilová sestava s vodním chlazením, určená pro odlévání ocelových ingotů, sestává z kokily (2), umístěné na licí desce (1), která je pod kokilou (2) opatřena do ingotu zatavitelným trubkovým chladičem (7), napojeným na přívod (5) a odvod (6) chladící vody. Trubkový chladič (7) je tvořen např. do spirály stočenu kovovou trubkou, přičemž přívod (5) studené chladící vody je do trubkového chladiče (7) zaústěn do jeho středu. Trubkový chladič (7) je přitom uložen přímo na povrchu licí desky (1) nebo je v licí desce (1) pro jeho zapuštění vytvořeno vybrání (8).Water-cooled ingot mold assembly for casting steel ingots consists of a mold (2) placed on a casting plate (1), which is ingot molded under a mold (2) by a sealable tube cooler (7) connected to the inlet (5) and cooling water outlet (6). The tube cooler (7) is formed, for example, into a spiral coiled by a metal tube, whereby the cold cooling water inlet (5) is fed into the tube cooler (7) at its center. Here, the tubular cooler (7) is placed directly on the surface of the casting plate (1) or a recess (8) is formed in the casting plate (1) for embedding it.
