Abstract
Předkládaný vynález se týká způsobu čištění potrubního systému (1) a čistící sady k potrubnímu systému (1), zvláště pak průmyslově-rafinačního charakteru (1´), včetně tepelných potrubních systémů, jejichž součástí je pec, sloužící k výrobě nebo přenosu ropných produktů. Způsob čištění potrubního systému (1) využívá minimálně jeden z následujících způsobů: přetlak, podtlak, vakuum, pigging, chemický způsob. Generováním přetlaku nebo podtlaku je vynucena cirkulace a proudění čistícího média v podobě kapaliny. Během procesu čištění je aplikována nárazová vlna, jejíž nositelem je vhodné médium, přičemž nárazová vlna má podobu zvukové vlny, která je generována v generátoru zvukových vln (2´). Frekvence generovaných vln se nachází v rozmezí od 1Hz do 100GHz. Vynález se týká rovněž sady k čištění potrubního systému (1), která obsahuje tlakový generátor (2´´) přetlaku nebo podtlaku, zařízení pro cirkulaci čistícího média (3) a modul čistících zařízení (4). Čistící sada obsahuje alespoň jeden generátor zvukových vln (2´) a jeho řídicí blok (6), přičemž generátor zvukových vln (2´) je vybaven měničem (7) a sondou (8).The present invention relates to a method of cleaning a piping system (1) and a cleaning kit to a piping system (1), in particular of an industrial refining nature (1 '), including heat piping systems comprising a furnace for producing or transferring petroleum products . The frequency of the generated waves is in the range of 1Hz to 100GHz. The invention also relates to a set for cleaning a piping system (1), which comprises a pressure generator (2 '') of overpressure or vacuum, a device for circulating the cleaning medium (3) and a cleaning device module (4). The cleaning kit includes at least one sound wave generator (2 ') and its control block (6), with the sound wave generator (2') being equipped with an inverter (7) and a probe (8).
