Abstract

Biodegradovatelná nanovlákna a mikrovlákna pro sublinguální, bukální, orální, transdermální, rektální a vaginální administraci glutathionu a aplikace v krytech ran a spálenin. Biodegradable nanofibers and microfibers for sublingual, buccal, oral, transdermal, rectal and vaginal administration of glutathione and applications in wound and burn wounds. These nanofibers or microfibers contain 1 to 99 wt. glutathine in combination with one or more polymers in the form of starch or derivatives thereof and / or polyvinyl alcohol and / or gelatin and / or hyaluronic acid and / or chitosan or derivatives thereof. Biodegradable nanofibers or microfibers generally have a diameter of 40 to 1500 nm and can be supplemented with substances that promote absorption through mucous membranes or skin in an amount of 0.01 to 30% by weight.
