Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, a number of different moldings are used, which are referred to as system profiles for laminate and parquet floors, carpets or paving, and these are metal and plastic profiles of rounded shape, which, due to their technological processing, achieve certain strength properties. Very often these profiles have to be separated, this separation being carried out by hand saws or scissors, and the disadvantage of this separation is the unsightly burrs or small parts of the bar which are produced in various ways. Not to mention the fact that separation is often difficult because it takes place under mounting conditions. During machine cutting, the structure of the material is damaged and the moldings coated with decorative foil are damaged.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device which substantially simplifies the separation of these profile rails and improves the appearance of the separation.

The essence of the technical solution

The object is achieved by a bar-cutting device according to the invention, which consists of a web on which a fixed blade in the form of a disc or a part thereof is placed, and next to the fixed knife there is a lever with a movable knife. mounted rotatably and coaxial with fixed knife. The shear bar is placed by its internal curvature on the fixed knife, and by pivoting the lever, the movable knife moves along the periphery of the fixed knife, cutting the bar located on the fixed knife.

In the space under the fixed knife is usually placed guide and holding element, serving to move and hold the cut bar.

The fixed knife may be provided with notches for sliding the projections provided on the bar. This ensures the position of the bar on the fixed knife.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the present embodiment, the device is intended for cutting transition slats and consists of a web 1 fixed to the base 2. The bolt 4 passes with a fixed disc-shaped knife 3 on one side and a lever 5 on the opposite side, which is mounted on the bolt 4 over a sidewall 7 with a groove 3 for universal use for cutting various strips 16. The movable blade 6, also in the form of a disc, is connected to a base 11 which is connected to a lever 5. A ball 12 is placed at the end of the lever 5 and a guide and holding element 9 is placed under the fixed knife 3 on the web 1.

The transition skirting boards are laid on the guide and retaining element 9 after which they slide towards the fixed knife 3 and by moving the lever 5 the shear 16 is cut through the cutting edges of the fixed knife 3 and the movable knife 6. If the strips are provided with protrusions 17, these protrusions 17 fit on the fixed knife 3 into one of the suitable notches 13. The fixed knife 3 is provided with a plurality of notches 13 of different widths and spacings and is replaceable, its respective position being secured by sliding it through the thrust holes 15 onto the anti-rotation securing element detachably positioned in the web 1.
