BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

For use in the medical field, disposable coatings in flat form in various standard sizes or as metered goods in rolls are known. They are used during examination of a patient on generally upholstered beds of medical furniture such as operating tables, examination chairs, examination chairs, stretchers, outpatient chairs, transport trolleys for patients, birth beds, birth chairs and others. They are usually of single-layer or multi-layer pulp and are on one side covered with a liquid-proof layer or covered with a foil. The above-mentioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by the disposable coating for medical furniture and its accessories according to the technical solution, which is characterized in that the coating has a three-dimensional shape identical to the covered surface of the object and its edge is elastic. There may be adhesive zones on the inside of the coating and may preferably be made of a fabric composed predominantly of a combination of polypropylene and polyethylene. The coating may be provided on the side or face side with a connecting lobe.
