Abstract

Προβλέπονται συσκευές και κυματομορφές ερεθισμάτων για διαμόρφωση διαφορικά της συμπεριφοράς των οσετοβλαστών, των χονδροκυττάρων και άλλων κυττάρων συνδετικού ιστού για προαγωγή του πολλαπλασιασμού, της διαφοροποίησης, του σχηματισμού μήτρας (θεμέλιας ουσίας) ή της μεταλλοποίησης για εφαρμογές in vitro ή in vivo. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί διέγερση των κυττάρων με συνεχή τρόπο και με τον τρόπο ριπής παλμών με σήματα ισορροπημένου φορτίου. The methods and apparatus described are useful in promoting bone fracture repair, cartilage and connective tissue repair, as well as in the manufacture of transplanted tissues.
