Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια διαδικασία παρασκευής λιγνοκυτταρινούχων υποστρωμάτων που παρουσιάζουν ένα ψηλό βαθμό πεπτικότητας. Αυτή η διαδικασία συνίσταται από την τοποθέτηση σε επαφή των εν λόγω αλεσμένων λιγνοκυτταρινούχων υποστρωμάτων που αλέστηκαν και ενδεχομένως υγράνθηκαν προηγουμένως στην περίπτωση των στεγνών υποστρωμάτων, μέσα σε ένα αντιδραστήρα με ανάδευση, με το όζον που παράγεται από ένα φορέα αερίου, αφού το όζον είναι παρόν μέσα στο φορέα αερίου σε μια συγκέντρωση που περιλαμβάνεται μεταξύ 80 και 200 g/m3 ΤΡΝ, και με ένα χρόνο παραμονής μέσα στον εν λόγω αντιδραστήρα που περιλαμβάνεται μεταξύ 8 και 40 λεπτά. Η εφεύρεση αφορά επίσης στα λιγνοκυτταρινούχα υποστρώματα που επεξεργάστηκαν έτσι.
