Abstract

Una conexión giratoria para trasladar fluidos de tubos estacionarios a tubos giratorios. La conexión tiene un alojamiento no giratorio con una abertura cilíndrica alargada dentro de la cual giran tubos concéntricos interior y exterior. Los tubos tienen extremos abiertos dentro del alojamiento. El extremo abierto del tubo interior se proyecta hacia fuera del extremo abierto del tubo exterior. Un collar está montado alrededor del tubo exterior y un segundo collar está montado alrededor del tubo interior hacia fuera del tubo exterior. Ambos collares están dentro del alojamiento y sellan los tubos en la pared interior de la abertura. El alojamiento tiene dos canales, uno de los cuales está situado entre los dos collares y se extiende lateralmente de la abertura hacia fuera para la descarga de líquido del tubo exterior y el otro de los cuales comienza en el extremo libre del tubo interior y se extiende longitudinalmente desde la abertura para la descarga del fluido del tubo interior.
