Abstract

Se cancela la senal de modo común en la senal electrocardiográfica de alta resolución (HRECG) con referencia adquirida al unísono con la HRECG. Para aislar los tramos de interés, se detectan marcas fiduciales mediate un algoritmo de doble nivel y ajuste fino usando correlación cruzada. Se mejora la relación senal a ruido (SNR) en los tramos aislados alrededor de las marcas fiduciales, empleando esquema adaptativo, con la propia entrada primaria adelantada un latido, como referencia. La salida se alisa aún más con promedio coherente, seguido de filtro de ventana deslizante. Con sólo 50 latidos, se logra una mejora de la SNR, suficiente para aplicar análisis tradicional en el dominio del tiempo. Para analizar cambios de un latido a otro, se usa seguidor adaptativo de latido a latido, con referencia tomada de la salida del alisador.
