Abstract
La invención se relaciona con los campos de la Medicina Física, la Rehabilitación, la Angiología y la Endocrinología. Los objetivos de la solución propuesta son la curación acelerada de las úlceras por presión y en general, de otros tipos de úlceras, así como la curación de heridas postquirúrgicas, como por ejemplo, fístulas. La misma se refiere al empleo de un aparato basado en microprocesadores para la generación de estímulos eléctricos que pueden ser bifásicos o de otro tipo y que se utilizan en la curación de tejidos biológicos, empleando una pluralidad de electrodos no invasivos, colocados convenientemente en relación con la superficie y los bordes de la lesión y con un modo de aplicación del tratamiento en el cual se estimula cada par de electrodos de tal forma que las senales nunca coinciden en el tiempo impidiendo la circulación de corriente entre los electrodos correspondientes a distintos canales de salida.The invention relates to the fields of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, Angiology and Endocrinology. The objectives of the proposed solution are the accelerated healing of pressure ulcers and, in general, of other types of ulcers, as well as the healing of post-surgical wounds, such as fistulas. It refers to the use of a microprocessor-based apparatus for the generation of electrical stimuli that can be biphasic or of another type and that are used in the healing of biological tissues, using a plurality of non-invasive electrodes, conveniently placed in relation to the surface and edges of the lesion and with a way of applying the treatment in which each pair of electrodes is stimulated in such a way that the signals never coincide in time, preventing the flow of current between the electrodes corresponding to different outlet channels .
