Abstract
SE RELACIONA CON LA INDUSTRIA MICROBIOLOGICA EN LA OBTENCION DE POR EL HECHO DE SEPARAR LA BIOMASA DEL MEDIO NUTRIENTE MEDIANTE CENTRIFUGACION CON PARAMETROS DE REV./MIN. Y FLUJO DE ENTRADA PARA UN TIPO DE PAÑO QUE PERMITEN OBTENER UNA HUMEDAD DE LA PASTA ADECUADA PARA SU POSTERIOR SECADO, SIN AFECTAR EL ESPORO, ASI COMO POR EL HECHO DE UTILIZARSE AUXILIARES DEL SECADO QUE INCLUYEN ZEOLITA COMO SOPORTE Y MIEL FINAL DE CAÑA DE AZUCAR, AUTOLIZADO DE LEVADURA, PARAFINA LIQUIDA Y UN AGENTE TENSOACTIVO COMO PROTECTORES. EL SECADO SE REALIZA EN CAMA FLUIDIZADA ENTRE 28 Y 35°C Y UN FLUJO DE AIRE DE 70-120 M3.H-1 POR KG DE PASTA HUMED A QUE PROPORCIONA UNA BAJA HUMEDAD DEL PRODUCTO SIN AFECTAR LA ACTIVIDAD DEL MATERIAL BIOLOGICO. BIOPREPARADOS A PARTIR DE HONGOS ENTOMOPATOGENOS. TIENE POR OBJETO LA OBTENCION DE UN BIOPREPARADO SECO A BASE DE CONIDIOS DEL HONGO BEAUVERIA BASSIANA, QUE POSEE UNA ALTA CONCENTRACION, VIABILIDAD Y VIRULENCIA Y QUE PERMITA SU ALMACENAMIENTO DURANTE UN PERIODO PROLONGADO DE TIEMPO QUE POSIBILITE SU UTILIZACION EN LA PRACTICA AGRICOLA. EL OBJETIVO SE ALCANZA\!IT IS RELATED TO THE MICROBIOLOGICAL INDUSTRY IN THE OBTAINING OF BY SEPARATING BIOMASS FROM THE NUTRIENT ENVIRONMENT THROUGH CENTRIFUGATION WITH REV./MIN PARAMETERS. AND ENTRY FLOW FOR A TYPE OF CLOTH THAT ALLOWS TO OBTAIN A SUITABLE PASTE MOISTURE FOR ITS AFTER DRYING, WITHOUT AFFECTING SPORTS, AS WELL AS THE DONE OF USING DRYING AUXILIARIES THAT INCLUDE ZEOLITE SUPPORT AND FINAL CAÑA HONEY , AUTHORIZED FOR YEAST, LIQUID PARAFFIN AND A SURFACE AGENT AS PROTECTORS. DRYING IS CARRIED OUT IN A FLUIDIZED BED BETWEEN 28 AND 35 ° C AND AN AIR FLOW OF 70-120 M3.H-1 PER KG OF HUMED PASTE WHICH PROVIDES A LOW MOISTURE OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT AFFECTING THE ACTIVITY OF THE BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL. BIOPREPARED FROM ENTOMOPATHOGEN FUNGI. PURPOSE IS THE OBTAINING OF A DRY BIOPREPARATE BASED ON CONDITIONS OF THE FUNGUS BEAUVERIA BASSIANA, THAT HAS A HIGH CONCENTRATION, VIABILITY AND VIRULENCE AND THAT ALLOWS ITS STORAGE DURING A PROLONGED PERIOD IN PRACTICE IN UTILITIES. THE GOAL IS REACHED \!
