Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly heart surgery, and can be used during the replacement of the destroyed natural heart valves. The objective of the invention is to increase the service time of the prosthesis. The proposed heart valve prosthesis consists of a body 1, a closing disc element 2 with parts and distal 3 proximal 4. Body 1 contains retention devices of step 5 and 6, which interact, respectively, with the sinking of the disc 7 and the asymmetric proximal surface 4. The arrangement of the distal surface in relation to the axis of the external diameter of the disc leads to the formation of a profile with a combination of concave and convex parts that exert frontal hydraulic resistance, causing torsion of the disc during its displacement in the blood flow, as a consequence of the above, an even wear of the disc occurs, guaranteeing the durability of the prosthesis.
