Con el objetivo de disponer de un preparado vacunal efectivo contra la meningitis meningococica del Grupo B se desarrolla todo un procedimiento de preparación de sus componentes así como de la obtención final de la vacuna para la profilaxis y prevención de esta enfermedad. Se describe el método de obtención de las proteínas de la membrana externa y del polisacárido capsular de la Neisseria Meningitidis, y del Gel de hidróxido aluminio empleado como coadyuvante en la vacuna, así como procedimiento de conjugación y adsorción de los mismos. Aplicable en el campo de la medicina, en la rama de la industria médico farmacéutica de biopreparados.In order to have an effective vaccine preparation against Group B meningococcal meningitis, a whole procedure of preparation of its components is developed, as well as the final obtaining of the vaccine for the prophylaxis and prevention of this disease.
