Abstract
<p>Máquina elaboradora de piezas cerámicas para la construcción mediante el método de moldeado-corte y compresión de la arcilla vertida sobre moldes que conforman piezas de cerámicas diversas: ladrillos, rasillas, baldosas, adoquines, tablillas machihembradas y otras. La máquina recibe la arcilla desde un sistema externo que contempla su tratamiento y almacenamiento, la deposita en el tanque-tolva (B.2) montado sobre el bastidor de la máquina (B.1); el cual se moverá hacia el foso de moldeo (B.13), donde verterá la arcilla con un exceso de 2 mm sobre el molde (B.6) colocado en una bandeja (B.11) suministrada, desde el alimentador de bandejas (B.10) y un mecanismo de accionamiento del molde. El tanque-tolva se retira automáticamente y libera la salida del molde (B.6) que se conduce al depósito de lavado (B.4), montado en la máquina. La bandeja con las piezas moldeadas sale por la mesa de rodillos (B.15) hacia la zona de recepción.</p><p>Machine for producing ceramic pieces for construction using the molding-cutting and compression method of clay poured into molds that form various ceramic pieces: bricks, tiles, paving stones, tongue-and-groove slats and others. The tray with the molded parts comes out through the roller table (B.15) towards the reception area.</p>
