Description
The invention relates to a refractory composition with a very short onset of solidification, which is particularly suitable for shotcreting purposes.
·Refractory materials are known whose basic binder element is cements, eg Portland cements, Portland slag cements and especially aluminous cements. Special shotcrete materials are used for a number of technological works, where, in addition to the subsequent heat resistance, a very short onset of solidification is also required, which prevents the unwanted fall of the shotcrete compound from the applied object. From MS. AO 238,713 discloses a refractory composition for linings, in particular monolithic linings of metallurgical vessels, consisting of magnesite-chromium-based slag in an amount of 70 to 92% by weight and 8 to 30% by weight, cement-based binder, where in addition to the slag it contains 0.01 to 4.5% by weight of a water-soluble lignin derivative or sulphonated polyphenolate and 0.005 to 0.25% by weight of a water-soluble alkali metal salt such as carbonate or silicate and the remainder gypsum-free cement clinker with a specific surface area of 220 to 1 000 m 2 / kg . It is also known from Czechoslovakia. AO 253,500 composition of a refractory ceramic material intended for the production of porous ends, where the binder is, among other binders, also silicate high-bonding high-strength cement with a specific surface area of 600 to 800 m 2 / kg. ·
The disadvantage of these systems for refractory spraying materials based on alumina or Portland cement is mainly a certain percentage of the fall from the applied layer, the need to add accelerating additives to the mixtures and, last but not least, they have a very high price.
·The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the refractory composition according to the invention, the essence of which is that it contains 55 to 90% by weight of high temperature resistant fillers such as corundum, silicon carbide, fosteride, chrome ore, calcined shale, chamotte or dinas pulp, slag, crushed talc, basalt. , magnesite or diatase, 10 to 45% by weight of a silicate binder based on cement clinker free of gypsum ground to a specific surface area of 350 to 550 m 2 / kg in the presence of a liquid grinding additive in an amount of 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of silicate binder selected from polyelectrolytes with wetting effects. ·
The synthetic polyelectrolyte may be dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and / or its derivatives.
Z experimentální práce v této oblasti bylo dále zjištěno, že pro přípravu žáruvzdorné hmoty nanášené torkretačním zařízením je dále vhodný slínek portlandského cementu umletý na měrný povrch vyšší než je měrný povrch běžného portlandského cementu, tedy na měrný povrch 350 až 550 m2/kg.Thus, the experimentally found finding that clinker ground with a liquid grinding additive allows the preparation of a liquefied mass for about 5 to 20 seconds is used here. This property is sufficient to apply a mass with a low water content to the wall of the shotcrete device while at the same time having a high compaction of this layer. According to the invention, such grinding aids are in particular synthetic polyelectrolytes with wetting effects. From experimental work in this area, it was further found that for the preparation of the refractory applied by the shotcrete device, Portland cement clinker ground to a specific surface area higher than the specific surface area of conventional Portland cement, i.e. to a specific surface area of 350 to 550 m 2 / kg, is also suitable.
ťThe invention is illustrated by the following examples, which do not limit the invention in any way.
A spraying refractory mixture with the composition: cement clinker ground to a specific surface of 430 m 2 / kg with the addition of 0.03% dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid alkanolamide in an amount of 25% by weight of the dry mixture, then 75% by weight, was used to spray the protective layer of the heating head of the rotary cement kiln. dry mixture of fireclay.
The mixture was applied with a shotcrete device, up to a thickness of about 10 cm, without the applied material falling off. Using the same alumina cement-based mixture, it was only possible to apply a layer of 3 cm to the thickness without falling. Using the process according to the invention, the spray drop was reduced by approximately 50% compared to the same alumina cementitious composition. The service life of the applied layer was monitored in comparison with the alumina cement-based layer and it was found that at temperatures in the heating head of the cement rotary kiln of 1,000 to 1,200 ° C, both layers exhibited the same properties. The composition prepared according to the invention exhibited the heat resistance and heat strength required for this purpose and the binder used fully replaced the alumina cement.
To protect the side of the clinker cooler, a refractory shotcrete mixture was used with the composition: 25% by weight of dry mixture cement clinker ground to a specific surface of 380 m 2 / kg with the addition of 0.01% by weight of clinker, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and 75% by weight of high-alumina fireclay. In this case, the full substitutability of alumina cement also proved to be.
