Abstract
The production method of the intraocular hydrophilic lens with supports concerns the fact that a case in the shape of the required supports is created by polymerisation of the hydrophilic monomeric mixture on the smooth substrate, e.g. on the glass substrate, while the central circular part for the lens itself is omitted, and the same monomeric mixture or modified monomeric mixture with the polymerising catalyser, e.g. from the group of peroxide compounds, is poured into the empty central circular opening of the marginal case of the hydrophilic material, close-connected with the smooth substrate, up to creation of convex meniscus. Afterwards, the mixture is exposed in the inert atmosphere, e.g. in the atmosphere of nitrogen, in the horizontal position to the conditions of polymerisation, whereupon the connected casting is released from the substrate, e.g. by swelling in the water.<IMAGE>
