Abstract

The solution concerns products made of hydrosilylationally vulcanized silicon rubber with low cross-linking density obtained by hydrosilylation vulcanisation of mixture composed of polysiloxanes containing vinyl group and methyl(hydrogen)dimethyl siloxane copolymers with molar ratio of vinyl groups to the groups Si-H ranging from 3.2:1 to 1.05:1. It consists in the fact that their surface is partially or completely covered with vulcanizate with higher cross-linking density obtained by hydrosilylation vulcanisation of mixture of polysiloxanes containing vinyl group and methyl(hydrogen)dimethylsiloxane copolymers with molecular ratio of vinyl groups to the groups of Si-H ranging from 1:1.05 to 1:10, where the vulcanizate with lower cross-linking density and the vulcanizate with higher cross-linking density are mutually hydrosilylationally connected. The products contain from 0 to 50 percent of filling agent and/or pigment, to advantage silicon oxide, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, iron oxides or soot, or possibly antioxidant. These products can be applied in places with requirements for high mobility and flexibility of the product connected with requirement of non-adhesiveness of its surface.
