Abstract

The solution concerns a broken packing of columns, suitable mainly for corrosive environment. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the packing consists of two plates (1), mutually coupled into a form piece, cast of china, with the wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm, in the form broken profiles (2), arranged diagonally. The square plates (1), which are interconnected in perpendicular seating of oppositely arranged profiles (2) in the intersection points create rhombic cavities (3) on the whole rectangular diameter of the plate (1), where the hollow inside of the formed piece, produced in such a manner, is formed by channels (4) with walls under an angle of 90 degrees and inclination of channels towards the axis of the seating in the column under an angle of 45 degrees and a height of channel ranging from 10 to 20 mm.<IMAGE>

Vynález sa týká prelamované výplně kolon, vhodné pře korozívne prostredie.

Kolóny s kompaktnou náplňou z rozličných typov materiálu, majú nižšie tlakové straty a preto je ich použitie najrozšírenejšie v oblasti přestupu tepla a látky.

(57) The solution concerns openwork column fillers suitable for corrosive environments. The essence of the solution is that the filler consists of two mutually joined tiles (1) cast from stoneware with a wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm, in the form of perforated profiles (2) arranged diagonally square (1), which are connected to each other in perpendicular accommodating oppositely oriented profiles (2) at the crossing points forming diamond-shaped cavities (3) over the entire square perimeter of that (1), where the hollow interior of the associated fitting forms channels (4), with the walls at an angle of 90 ° with the channel inclination to the bearing axis in a column at an angle of 45 ° and a channel height of 10 to 20 mm. 274 013 Bl

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a perforated column filling suitable for corrosive environments.

Columns with a compact packing of different types of material have lower pressure losses and therefore their use is most widespread in the field of heat transfer and fabric.

Compact fillings can be made up of various grate lamella segments or regular stacked bodies. Such a filler makes it possible to create channels that have low hydraulic resistance, thereby becoming more advantageous in terms of energy requirements than fillers having ragged or disordered channels.

In the prior art, lamellar openwork panels of various shapes are known, made of sheet metal lamellae, which are stacked in the column with the displacement of shaped channels in different directions, circular types, four-sided or rectangular lamellae or plates, with varying sides of openwork shapes.

The disadvantage of these types of fillers is their limited use due to the physical-mechanical properties of the materials used.

The above drawbacks are eliminated by the construction and construction of an openwork filler according to the invention, which consists in that it consists of two mutually joined tiles cast from stoneware having a wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm, in the form of openwork profiles arranged diagonally square that are joined together in perpendicularly disposing opposite-oriented profiles, at crossing points forming diamond-shaped cavities across the entire perimeter of the thatch, where the hollow interior of the joined fitting forms channels, with 90 ° walls and a channel inclination angle of 45 ° at the column and channel heights in the range 10 to 20 mm. The filler fittings of the present invention are useful for corrosive environments, and because of the shape and the appropriate orientation of the inner channels in the fitting, they combine all of the state-of-the-art parameters desired at world level compared to similar fillings of other materials.

In the attached drawing, the article is shown in section.

The openwork filler of the columns as shown in the figure consists of two mutually connected stoneware plates 1 cast from stoneware having a wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm, in the form of perforated profiles 2, arranged diagonally square X which are connected to each other in a perpendicular position opposite of the profiles 2, at the crossing points forming the diamond-shaped cavities 3 along the entire perimeter of the slab 1, where the hollow interior of the fitting is formed by channels 4, with 90 ° walls and the channel inclination at the angle of 45 ° and the channel height in the column 10 to 20 mm.

The openwork filling of the columns is made by casting from the stoneware into a two-piece mold, with the open top side, where after the drying and firing the three remaining walls that have been cut during the casting so as to form an open, ducted flat fitting.
